I’m really sorry that people feel this way about themselves, it makes my heart hurt for you, but projecting these insecurities on a stranger is really not the kind thing to do. you’re not “protecting me” from “being ugly”, you’re unfortunately just sending me hurtful sentiments.

trans people of all walks have beauty. I’m not just saying that. some of the most beautiful trans people I’ve seen have been elderly people who only just found out that they’re trans. don’t project your insecurities onto me, please.

Never ever think that you need to transition young. There are elderly trans people out there right now who are only just discovering that they’re trans and they deserve to know how beautiful they are and how wonderful the rest of their life is going to be.

The right time to figure out you’re trans will always be the time you figured it out.
