I actually thought about shifting to h20! I was on a plane trip to Arizona (where I am rn 🥹) and I watched it! Cleo got in my nerve but uh 🫩 anyway

I think I might shift there when I watch more of the show!

Butttt unfortunately I have never shifted (YET) but I do get symptoms often, which I know not many people believe in, and I don’t really know if I do or not 🤷🏽‍♀️ but to be honest I just do methods that others do or recommend OR any that people have good results on! I’ve heard that your shifting journey shouldn’t rely on others so I’ve tried just shifting with no method which can work too! Personally I think both can do you some good!!! I’ve gotten more symptoms with other people’s methods such as the Julia method, the void method, and elevator method(?), and counting methods 🥹 personally I kinda thought the counting to 100 method was a waste of time cause it didn’t work for me BUT it might be worth it for you!!!!! Cause I bet it’ll work for you definitely 😽😽😽 I would search up methods on Pinterest and TikTok! But sometimes you do need to take breaks. I think they’re the most important part of my shifting journey 😗
