Simple yet effective things to do when age regressing:
Making paper stars: Look up short tutorials on Pinterest, which can show you how to make paper stars. Easy and reduces the feeling of overstimulation since you will be focusing on one thing. Now you can make a bunch of these keep them in a jar, and maybe gift them or keep them. At times, you can use colored paper to make the stars pretty and where each color will represent each the emotions you feel at the time you are making them.
Drawing an emotion chart with a side note of what you would like to have or do when having those emotions: This is where you can draw emoji emotions or cartoon character emotions if you feel artistic. The goal is to ensure that you are able to regulate your emotions at any given time. It can be a messy chart, as long as it displays your different emotions at the time. This way, next time you feel overwhelmed to the point where you can't tell how you feel, you are able to pinpoint how you feel by looking at the chart and what you need by looking at the side note.
Making yourself an agereregression wallpaper for your phone or pfp: This is an easy one. On Pinterest, you can make your own collage or wallpaper. Or if you have any other app, you could download pictures and make the wallpaper on that app. Pinterest is efficient if you have any other use that. You can pick, well your little self, will be able to pick and choose what they want on the wallpaper, and make it colorful. Then you can set it as your wallpaper or pfp if you like.
Making a chore chart: This is for littles who want to have the motivation to clean up after themselves. You could choose your favorite cartoon character, or charecters in general, and rank them according to a certain chore, eg. cleaning up your toys or putting away your clothes, this can be the cartoon character Eeyore from Winnie the Pooh or Sweeping, can be Piglet. Each and every character has a reward if they were the ones who got more points. Then, by the end of the week, you can check which character gained more points and, based on that, have rewards fit for that specific character. It may be getting extra time past bedtime or an extra show to watch from your favorite cartoon. Whatever it may be.
Having a conversation with your stuffies: This is one of the basic ones, but it may be hard or uncomfortable for other littles. It's not for everyone, and it's okay. It's normal. But just involving your stuffies in your specific activities around the house or outside if you are comfortable. Like taking a walk, or watching a show, or when cooking, they are nearby.
Dancing: I know it sounds very suspicious on how it made it to the list, but I find dancing a very good way of letting yourself go, which allows for more relaxation and less tension. This way, you can flow deeper into little space without clinging too much to your thoughts that may be holding you back. Also, dancing is good. But do it where you feel comfortable. It doesn't need to be perfect. It just needs to be you at the time.
Sleeping: it is a very relaxing activity. It is an activity that you can do when lazy to do anything else or if you don't feel like actually doing much that time.
Watching a movie: I would suggest just making a list for yourself, of movies you may like to watch when in little space, prior. This way you won't have difficulties trying to find a movie. Which can be very annoying and time-consuming at times. Also, it avoids a moment of eventually not feeling little anymore.
Taking walks, or just sitting outside your porch or garden: At times, nature is very calming. So it can be helpful to see nature though that lens when in little space, and actually maybe have a picnic or maybe play with your dolls or Cloud-watch. Anything that may be comfortable and safe for you to do in nature.
Read a book or listen to an audiobook: Get an audiobook or agereregression safe audio that you think you may like. And just read or listen to it while doing other things, like coloring, or whatever you like doing in little space.
These are some of the things I do when I regress alone. They work for me, and I thought I might share. They may not work for others, which is okay because we are all different, and it's beautiful that way.
I hope this helped some of you.
