about the blog:

misc:

got to dissect a cow heart in class a while ago (march, 2024) in our anatomy class.

which was really cool. my partner was also interested in all of it (which was nice, a lot of the students were icked out), so it was fun. we didn't have enough time to get all of the pictures i wanted, so i only have our initial heart and everyone's leftovers

i cannot understate how awing it was to feel everything in there. the texture, the scent, how it felt when you cut into it, and the feeling of holding something like that in your hands.

we've kept the photos around for sentimental reasons and for art reference. so, figured i could toss them out here as well with haphazard tags.
