I had overripe bananas and felt like muffins this morning so I made these @drjulie.bhosale Peanut Butter & Blueberry Muffins that are GF/DF (and would be sugar free but I added dark choc chips 😄 and of course some @pepperandme_ bakers grind 😉). That then made me look at what other recipes I’d pinned on my Bake Pinterest board and never made 🤔 And now we have full cookie jars; Choc chip oat cookies (I used white choc chunks because the packet was open and again added P&M bakers grind) and Funfetti cookies which are both @heylittlesweets recipes. I haven’t felt much like eating so have been snacking which is never good and there have been a few takeaway meals because the energy to cook has been AWOL. That means weighing and measuring. Absolutely no change in any of the measurements and I only lost 100g 🤪 [⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀] 28/05/2018: Chest 100.5cm. Hips 103cm. Waist 89cm. Bum 110cm. Weight 85.1kg. [⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀] I am really surprised because I’m ok with that. I’m not guttered at all. My reaction confirms for me that I really am wanting to focus on eating healthier and being fitter. I am definitely less bloated eating low FODMAP and have more energy (despite my cold!). And I did do a sneaky weigh in mid week and was down a kg so that just shows how much my weight can fluctuate.
