1. Vi suffers a lot with survivors guilt*, feeling guilty as she was mainly the only one out of her two pets and brother who managed to get towards New Vegas.
*Survivors guilt is a condition of persistent mental and emotional stress experienced by someone who has survived an incident in which others died. in this case, she ended up somehow surviving the traumatic amount of atomic bomb and the shockwaves that destroyed buildings and houses.
2. Vi continuously feels as if she’s never fully a person, or barely a person at all, due to disassociation, and also shows signs of underlying BPD (which she never got diagnosed for before the event of F:NV.)
3. Vi celebrated her 29th birthday while venturing to New Vegas only by herself and with Yes Man (which, even without family? Was even better for her in all ways possible.)
4. Vi hugs Yes Man a lot. Not because she wants to (well, yes, that too) but because how warm his robotic body gets and she’s always cold. So, he’s basically her huggable and comforting space heater for her body. (And yeah, besides the PMS stuff? She also asks him for hugs around those times too… helps a lot, and I can confirm.)
5. Vi stole morphine once from a medical center once. Because she has experience with using injections (like Ajovy, a migraine attack reduction/prevention medication), she knew how to use it on herself as well as having a mom as a nurse and knowing how to give injections safely (as she taught Vi how to.)
6. Vi is intersex. Unironically, a lot of people that meet her assume she’s a cis girl, but nope! She has the best of both worlds (she has a female chest, but male bottom [with female reproductive organs, which makes sense more whenever you realize that a lot of doctors were confused as to why she has a uterus when she clearly has a male bottom part. And then they realized. It’s sadly a continuous cycle, though.)
7. Vi actually doesn’t care how people refer to her. (She’s fine with any pronouns, but femme ones are her go-to, but any of em is fair game.)
8. Vi actually has a mix of an East Coast/New Jerseyan accent, but unironically lived by the beaches of Virginia. (Specifically Sandbridge.)
9. Vi wears a lot of masculine clothes, and she used to have a skateboard when she was younger.
10. Vi’s Dad, CJ, used to teach her how to hunt, which lead to her knowing how to use a rifle and protect herself from mutants/ghouls and continue her venture safely.
11. Vi has hidden tattoos on her arm with a rabbit holding a tiny star, a few star tattoos by her neck and lower shoulder, and a metal-looking wing design on each side of her waist.
