Ulysses is the most complex and well written character in new vegas and I'm tired of people having their opinion of him being reduced to either “This guy that accuses my courier of things I dont agree happened with my super special oc” or “bear bull”. The part of me that's “too woke” wants to also say that it's racism because he's a black man who doesn't kiss the player's ass like most of the npcs.

I don't know if there are any legion fans on tumblr, but if there are, i wanna ask something more specifically your opinion.
You see, i wanted to make a design of both NCR [og NCR pre show ig] and Ceasers Legion power armor.
I was wondering, do you think the NCR would put yaoi guai skulls on or as their shoulder pauldrons to represent the bear and the Legion would put Bull Brahmen skulls on or replace their shoulder pauldrons on the power armor.
