i'm pretty sure dan says "what are we doing??" btw which really makes the video for me. like. first of all it's just funny to imagine phil pressing record and not telling dan what the video is. but secondly the whole premise of the trend is that phil cheers dan up, and phil didnt even need to tell him what they were doing for dan to have that reaction. that was just dan's natural response because of course it was. and phil knew it would be.
