What i wish cis people would understand about trans people and like... why we can't just keep being cis is that we already tried that and you didn't like it because we were BAD AT IT. Before i came out as nonbinary i made a terrible woman and every cishet under the sun had an opinion on my gender performance because they could tell i wasn't really a woman. I don't know how to explain it better.

Hope you realize how many "cis" women are also "terrible at being women" and don't perform femininity the way women are expected to. I hope transitioning has helped you to cope with your dysphoria but understand that there is nothing materially different between you and other GNC/dysphoric women, other than the way you choose to react to that dysphoria. There's nothing to be gained from this "not like other girls" narrative except preventing us from working together towards our common goals

There’s no such thing as being bad at being a woman. Womanhood is just the state of being female. Everything else is socially constructed and you don’t need to conform to gender stereotypes to be a woman. You are one regardless of how you dress and act and I’m sorry the world made you think otherwise.

How do you feel women should behave in order to be a woman “well”?

I think women can behave whatever way they damn well please that gives them gender euphoria and this goes for both cis and trans women. Whatever fits their definition of womanhood is what womanhood is to them.

If women can behave however they like, how were you bad at it?

How can i be bad at acting neurotypical? Because I'm not neurotypical. How can i be bad at sports? Because I can't fake not having chronic illness. Womanhood was thrust upon me and no one asked me whether it aligned with how i am internally. If a cis woman were to wear a beard and walk round going "hey I'm a trans man" as a gag they'd be bad at accurately portraying real trans male struggles because they're not trans men.

“Acting neurotypical” implies proficiency with social behaviours, and being good at sports is largely learned skills. How does this fit with the previous claim that women can behave however they like? How can you fail at expectations you don’t believe in?

The difficulty is just that, when I asked how you feel women are supposed to behave, you said that women can behave however we like. But if you feel you must not be one because of discomfort with particular expectations, then that doesn’t make sense, and it seems like you do actually believe that women are supposed to behave a certain way. That brings us back to: how do you feel women are supposed to behave? What is it you think or feel or do that a woman is not capable of?

Look if you don't get it then that's fine it just means you're not trans otherwise you'd get the original post in the first place. The expectation to be a woman at all is an expectation i don't subscribe to.

Dude needs to chill, look explaining something you have no understanding IS hard for everyone, I wasnt good at 'being a girl's coz that wasnt who I am, I'm not a girl and I couldnt fake being one that's not to say I think women are feminine and fragile or butch and brawly, they are wemen and I an not, we can all still have dysphoria but it's not one size fits all, some people want bigger chests or smaller or none and still be woman or not but it's best not to police peoples emotional views on themselves if it's not damaging.
