Nothing thats just straight (or gay) smut. Playful haha funny romantic stuff like within Torksmith or Jork or whatever ship is fine, but I'm NOT writing smut, sorry not sorry.

"Thank you so much! I'm- I'm gonna go get the others!!" Peter scampered off to find the rest of the Monkees. "MIKE! DAVY! MICKY!! MIIIKE DAAVYYY MICCKKYYY!!!" He yelled, frantically search for the others.

"What? What is it Peter I was sleepin'!" Said Micky, emerging from a hammock.

"Yeah Pete, what's goin' on?" Davy came in from the veranda that lead to the beach, pulling a shirt on.

Finally Mike came in from the garage, his wool hat had a smudge of grease on the brim and the buttons; the monkeemobile must be acting up again, and without the money for a mechanic, mike usually had to fix it when it broke down (a job Peter had been forbidden from when he put a little sugar is the cooling fluid so it 'moved slower'). "Yeah, what's this racket about?"

Peter beamed at then and gestured to the cakes. "There's cake!" He seemed so proud, beaming at the other three Monkees. Instead of Mike (like usual), this time Davy spoke up.

"Yeah, but where'd you get them?" He crossed his arms, looking concernedly at the cakes.

"I got asked what my favorite cake was and somebody gave them to me! I said devil's food and Texas sheet-" he gestured o the sheet cake, "-but I won't eat that one Mike because I like yours the best," he smiled sweetly.

"Peter," said Davy, "you don't think Zero gave you the cake? You know he wasn't happy when we got away from him." Davy seemed deeply troubled by the whole idea.

"Yeah man, are you sure?" Mike chimed in, shooting a concerned look towards Davy, then Peter.

"I'm sure of it! It wasnt Zero OR Glick or-or anybody!" Peter said with confident reassurance. He was so confident in fact that he went iver and grabbed a knife from the block. Mike straightened up slightly as did this, and Micky's eyes widened, but their curiosities got the better of them and they let Peter cut the cake.

The knife caught on the Devil's food cake, then dragged down to the plate--nothing out of the ordinary. He cut the other side, then slid the slice out onto a plate. It was not perfectly triangle shaped like Mike could do; it was lopsided and uneven, tapering down from top to bottom but other than that...it looked normal. He grabbed a fork and gave it to Micky. "Server. eats. last." Peter said, rasing the knife in the air like a scout's honor (a motion that made the other three flinch).

He served them, ll of their slices different sizes. They all took a bite in unison and nodded. "This is bloody brilliant I tell you," Davy remarked.

"Tell me about it!" Micky said; he had nearly eaten half the slice by the second bite. Mike also enjoyed it, but scraped the large swirls of frosting off onto his plate as he didn't care for them very much. He then cut the sheet cake in more even squares except for everyone except Peter (because he couldn't bare the thought of eating anything but Mike's). Instead, Peter ate the icing mike had scraped off on the side of his plate.

totally not so I can get you a cake...

"I like devil's food cake!" Peter then looks around, as if checking the room, then he leans in and whispers: "but don't tell him I said that, he doesn't like me very much"

Also no worries!! I'll stop by another time !!

"O-oh well Mike says that...that mike says I can't have them" he appears to be deep in thought, his brows furrowed. Well if the brownies were for him then it should be fine, right? Mike didn't have to know.

He reached back and grabbed the container, popping the lid open. "I like the flowers on it they're, really pretty!" He said cheerfully taking a brownie from the box. He took a bite, then ate the whole thing, his face lighting up with joy. "Hey these are really good!" He spoke through a mouthful of brownie. He took another and another, shoving them in his face, beaming.

Some time has passed since Peter had downed his brownies, and they had been chatting up a storm, somehow peter made every conversation circle back to them. He had a slightly far-off expression and his eyes seemed unfocused; he seemed even more giggly than usual. "Those brownies were good but they were thick, which is what Mike says about me. But I'm not thick I'm one of the skinniest of all 4 of us! Unless...unless that means he's calling me short...oh my I hope the brownies dont turn into a bunch of Davys in the tin..." he seemed almost nervous about the idea, as if keeping up with another 8 or so Davys was of great labor.

A short moment later, Mike walked into the pad, eying Peter's uncomfortable expression. "Whats the matter Pete?" Mike questioned with a concerned expression.

"All the brownies are gonna turn into Davys and you said i couldn't have pets" Peter said with what seemed like tears in his eyes. "I dont want them to go to a farm like you said Davy's horse did, that means I'll never see them again," his voiced cracked a little more. "I guess I could eat them all but that seems like a lot, they're good though maybe you and Micky could help. They're special"

Mike's face cycled through an array of emotions as Leter gave his schpiel, from confusion at the Davy comment, to guilt from the horse reminder, to finally realization (and knowing annoyance) as the true nature of the brownies was revealed. "Now Peter, you know you're supposed to check with me before eating handouts, its the 60s after all"

"No but they said- they said they were for me and that it was ok!" Peter said to Micheal, attempting to squirm his way out of trouble.

"No Peter, no acceptions." He said flatly, his arms crossed.

"But Mike-!" Peter protested.

"Ah! Now where are they? I'm getting rid of them for good." Peter sheepishly pointed over to the floral Tupperware containing the rest of the brownies. Mike walked iver and closed the lid. He tugged his hat off and slid the container in, then put it in the cabinet in the kitchen.

"Mike- Mike you said you were getting rid of them you just put them away!" Peter whined, Mike froze with his hand on the cabinet handle. He turned slowly, clearly startled by Peter's sudden ability to see through his usual tricks.

"I'm saving them to go out. When I run errands I'll take them out," Mike lied, but it made sense to him. Peter shrugged and nodded. "And you" he said pointing at Peter's 'guest' still sitting beside him, "- don't you be giving him any more handouts, ya dig? It's not...its not sanitary"

"Why thank you!" Peter beamed.

"So the brownies are they...special because they're mine and you said I'm special or are they erm...'special' like the ones Davy and Micky and Mike say I can't have?" he eyed the brownies and grabbed the tin, setting them on the counter behind him. He'd probably have Mike taste test them later to determine their uhm...intentions...

"About the banjo playing..." he sounded slightly guilty, "Last week I played for the fish, they seemed to like it but my banjo didn't. It's in the shop right now but maybe you could swing by another time? Micky would love to teach you drums though, right Mick?" He called back to Micky, but he shook his head rapidly, denying Peter's request quickly, "Oh well maybe Mike-"

"Just give it up Peter," called Davy from somewhere else in the pad, maybe on the ledge with Micky.

"Oh well, thanks for stopping by! I'll have the brownies as soon as Mike says its ok!"
