Objective favorite: Origins. I hate the combat system, but aside from that, I have virtually zero complaints. I love all three recruitment quests; they're so in-depth that each one could almost be its own game. I know the Fade section in "A Broken Circle" gets a lot of hate but I like how it challenges you to think outside the box and figure out which shapeshifter form you need to access certain areas. The prologues are what really make the game stand out though; they do a great job setting up the Warden's role in the main plot and showing you what life is like in Thedas for people of varying backgrounds. Forever mourning the lack of Origins-style prologues for the Inquisitor and Rook.
Subjective favorite: Inquisition. It has a lot of flaws that I've ranted about extensively, but it also has Dorian my favorite companions, and I love the open world; I don't get why people complain about having so many cool areas to explore? Yeah, there are a lot of side quests that aren't really relevant to the main plot, but they're optional, so what's the problem? I also love being able to hang out in a castle when I'm not questing.
