like if you read and pay attention to any of dragon age’s lore, from the games and books and other supplemental materials, you will notice plot holes, because the series constantly contradicts itself, rewrites its own lore, retcons characters’ stories, redefines terminology, and so forth. there are some cases where it can be explained watsonianly by way of varying in-universe sources, but if these sources are cross-referenced it often still does not make sense. with gaider leaving during veilguard’s development and the rest of the mess around it this is more emphasized in that game but it has been present in every game. because the series is inconsistent and bioware can’t commit to the choices they make. dragon age is literally bad is the thing. like it can be good when it’s good but underneath the good it’s still mostly bad. why is there tuesday in thedas
