alright so my first username was skzfangirl143 because i was a skz ult back then and 143 from their song case 143 !! eventually i started stanning more groups and realized SKZfangirl143 didn't cover it so i changed it to written-by-music because i do spend a lot of time listening to music and a lot of the time music and my mood do correlate!

i used to be 'grape-soda-and-impish-behaviour' because i was drinking grape soda a lot and one of my main ocs at the time was called imp then i deactivated and came back as 'soda-imp' cause it was shorter yet still matched my purple theme and mood ^^

and then i changed it to 'soda-sprite' because my theme was sort of greenish with a fairycore vibe to it and my mood was more 'spritely' but i still liked soda and also still wanted to be recognisable to my moots so i kept the soda bit and i haven't changed it since!! :D

i've been thinking of changing it to soda-pop [what some of my moots call me and also the 'pop' bit matches my party theme] though... unsure! :]

Okay, so my real username wasn't actually supposed to be potatoanarchist, I made that up on a whim and I have a mind to change it. It was supposed to be Xaosix, and for a very personal reason.

To keep it as simple as possible for you, someone I knew died a while back. I had known them for my entire life--seriously, they were around since I was a baby. We had a nickname for them and that's why the six that's apart of my username. I'm not specifying what the nickname was.

The other part of my username is a reference to my mom's name. No, her name doesn't start with X. It starts with J, but I've decided to keep it as X to make a little XO sort of w/ the Xaosix. In case you can't see it

The XO is for both her and the person.

If I end up changing my user or online name twenty times and twenty times again, this is something that will always remain the same. It just...hits a bit different when people call me that instead of potato.

As for potatoanarchist...yeah, the reason is a tad sad, too. I've had this...mentality for the past few years that has proven to be incredibly detrimental. And I've always tried to get rid of it, like an anarchist would their government, but it's always felt too small. Like a potato. But then I smiled and got the idea that maybe I could make somebody smile with that username, a small thing ( a potato ) lightening their mood ( anarchist ). So I kept it.

You'll soon notice a lot of the decisions I make are born from personal experiences/ideas.

This might be a shocker, but my username actually took inspiration from Royal Pear, the man hinself

And I saw the mild popularity (if you want to call it that) of the term "local" and I also thought it was funny as well

So I thought to myself "what could i associate myself with to make myself a little bit known?" And then it hit me, the word "pumpkin"

So, Maki is just in general a very common nickname in my country. People have always called me Maki. In fact, it's very likely that people here are going to call you that if your name starts on M. However, Tumblr did not let me to use just Maki for my username. Therefore, I just put something random as well which happens to be the wizard for some reason and went: "Nah, it doesn't matter much. ooh tag ty! my original username, chaoticgoodcroissant, was always intended to be a sort of placeholder until I thought of something better. I just like croissants, enjoy chaos, and the sounds in chaoticgoodcroissant are nice sounds to me. irregular_ailurophile comes from, well, ailurophile, which is a Latin word for cat lover (cats <3) and I decided it needed an adjective or it’d be kinda odd sounding. irregular was the first that came to mind for some reason and I decided it was good enough and stuck with it!

So mine is a bit of a long one, for the sillies, but I chose this based off of the tag I have most everywhere else, dragonsnakething, which is based off the user from before I transitioned to nonbinary, dragonsnakequeen(or sometimes girl) cus of my obsession with both of said creatures and I had dragon as a nickname for camp, but obviously, even though I love the name, a part of me wanted to get away from it due to the gendered implications, even if it’s only in my head, so I thought, “hmm what’s a cool thing to name myself on tumblr” and remembered the slowly forming oc in the back of my brain, or well, almost oc? Like those ones you make but they’re actually you ones, and that was 87 snakes in a cardigan, since I used to wear those all the time(still do but now more likely to reach for a flannel or sweater) and that oc came from the small idea of ‘what if I actually died years ago and the reason there’s happy in my here is due to something that stole me skin?’ Something I’ve definitely thought of waaayyy too much, but yeah, that’s that story

The reason for my name is because I somehow started a religion. I was playing the sims 4 with my siblings in the room and saw the was a item in build mode that is just a statue of a golden chicken and decided all hail golden chicken, my siblings didn't approve so I got a bunch of my friends and we started hailing golden chicken, we went to the forest one time and sat in a circle with one person in the middle with a book writing there name down, while everyone around the circle chanted "all hail golden chicken" that is how you join. The values of golden chicken are happiness, freedom, revenge and free will, so basically do whatever you want and be happy in life and get revenge on those who wrong you. We made a group chat where we just spam "all hail golden chicken", I bought a massive pot chicken statue to paint gold, I wrote a song and three of us performed it INFRONT of people.

Well when I was 8, my parents were setting up the YT channel that I still post on today. My 8 year old self wanted to do gaming videos (though soon after the release of the channel did I change to Gacha videos) and I loved cats, I still do of course! So I was gonna do Cat Gaming. Now I had heard of CookieSwirlC, but my mind shortened it to CookieC, and when I thought of adding a C in between the title that I already had, I thought CatCGaming sounded better than Cat Gaming. It was also more original to- so I ended up settling on CatCGaming. Which ended up being the creation of C-chan as I thought it would be adorable to have Luna’s nickname as Cat as people online already call me by that nickname, and have her a older sister that has the nickname C! And now, 5 years later I have grew to love my username :D
