I will always find it interesting that gwynriels never question why azriel didnāt give the necklace straight to Gwyn if Gwynriel was going to be canon and endgame.
It did not have to go to Elain first(and describe elain perfectly btw) and Clotho did not have to be in that chapter at all. He did not have to give it to her instead.
They never once question the purpose of Clotho taking the necklace from him. Especially when Clotho is the name of one of the 3 Fates of greek mythology. Clotho wasnāt necessary in that scene unless she was playing a greater more symbolic role.
He put his and Elainās future into fates hands.
Fun fact for Elainās solstice necklace Azriel bought her from a stained glass artist, pink stained glass is INCREDIBLY expensive compared to other colours and rarer to come by because of the metals used to make the colour like gold
