You'd think "don't use a fictional creature as an allegory for oppressed minorities and as a horde of vile automatons that it's always okay to kill in the same work at the same time" would be a no brainer, but roughly 70% of all works featuring goblins and/or robots demonstrate otherwise.

This Dan Piraro comic always makes me cry.
imagine you're a child, you learn your queer and your parents are extremely bigoted. you have some friends on Roblox who are very kind, they're in their early 20s and they sympathize as they went through the same things as a kid. they offer to use your correct name and pronouns, maybe some even offer to buy you a binder or help you find hrt or support groups local to you
roblox rolls out their age group system, and you can no longer talk to any adults on the platform. you can only talk to people in person, i.e. your parents, who are horrid. now you're back at square one, being helplessly abused. to make it worse, you're homeschooled, as I was. you can't reach out to anyone at school for support either.
or maybe you're not homeschooled, and you ask your pronouns to be used at school. it goes well for a while, and you feel some relief.
then your state passes a bill that requires forced outing. your teachers report to your parents that you've been trying out a different name and pronouns.
they pull you from school, send you to boarding school or conversion therapy, and force you to attend private schools in the future that match their values.
you are entirely under their control. you could've made connections with other adults, ones willing to help you out. to treat you like a human, give you access to life saving care. and it's stripped away, you're alone, and everything feels hopeless.
this is the reality for many children. this is almost exactly what I went through as a child. it is not a mere hypothetical, it happens regularly. please stop falling for this moral grandstanding, it's about control- it's always been about control.

Art of a cute woman in a swimsuit but it's adorned with an american flag
Me when my steak is too juicy and lobster is too buttery. Out of the way I'm about to get it
Few things of note from these tags
-Explicitly mentioned the woman is of age
-Specified Japanese schoolgirl uniform
This user is both misogynistic (implying the woman wearing a school-style outfit is somehow suddenly pedophilic. I guess) and incredibly racist (specifically mentioning Japanese schoolgirl uniforms, harkening to the anime=pedophilia/inherent sexualization of all things anime that racists commonly do in particular to pedojacket transgender women)
In conclusion: the user who left these tags is a misogynystic racist who just. Said that shit unprompted. Because all they can think about is how much they hate the Japanese I guess.
That's awesome for you so glad you're a racist for woke reasons. Do you fucking hear yourself hello
Out of two imperialists nations one got better PR, countless suffered the expansionist agenda of Japan, they trafficked ~200 000 underaged girls from the 19th century to WW2 across Southern Asia, massacred people in Viet Nam, Laos, Myanmar, Cambodia and the Philippines. Impcore can stand a little hate as reparation
Filipina here. While the atrocities done by the japanese army did happen and they were terrible(my lola chris survived by hiding underneath the corpses of her own family when she was a child), the only reason you brought that up is to quell your own guilt about the fact that you are a racist.

one aspect of being transfem that has always been a bit weird to me is how condescending some people can be towards us in the realm of subjects considered feminine. like, thank you for the nice intentions, please analyze why you inherently consider yourself to be more of an authority of makeup and fashion and how boobs work and so on.
and like. "you might not know this, but some people are treated badly because they have periods." why wouldn't i know this? what about me makes you think i wouldn't know and that you have to be the one to tell me?
on occasion it can even be hard to take some compliments about our knowledge and skill, because some people go about it in such a backhanded way. why were you not surprised that the trans man was good at makeup, but you were surprised when it was me? "i didn't know you knew how to actually do it." what about me made you think that my system didn't know? my system, which has been stealthing for years?
in a way, i would describe such behavior as maternalistic. as if i am inherently always new to being femme, and i apparently need someone "more experienced" to teach me. and i have had people be mad at me before, for not seeing them as a form of authority on a fashion subculture that they directly told me they knew very little about.
and i do know that there are people out there, tfems who do need some help. which is part of why i consider this behavior to be so bad, because the advice a lot of these people volunteer to give is not good! i am so tired of people sending me those contour maps, thinking about how good and helpful of a person they are, meanwhile the diagram is meant for someone with a different face shape than me.
people have tried to give us fashion advice and recommended us things that would have just emphasized aspects we are dysphoric about, because generally they're too concerned with the idea of how good of a person they are being to who they consider to be perpetually a gender tourist.
in general: people really need to learn that good intentions does not negate harmful impact, and really look at themselves about the assumptions of knowledge that they have towards anyone transfeminine.
I always do my own eyebrows, as every time I go to a eyebrow bar place full of cis women they always give me BIG GIANT eyebrows which accentuate precisely what I don't want to accentuate, and insist I look pretty for it - until I go home and immediately shave them smaller. I looked clockier and it made me dysphoric - and it happened numerous times, as they had designed eyebrows with a cis woman's face shape in mind. It reminds me of going to a cis doctor and them trying to convince me injectables - the only form of estrogen I can do which doesn't make me sicker - is going to immediately kill me with DVT, or that progesterone does nothing because of studies on cis women, usually poorly done (or not applicable - pills have the highest clot risk, not injections). Or they try to get me to stop monotherapy and start on antiandrogens that make me sicker. I had a GP lie and make up a study about DVT risk with injectables, leading me to worsen my ME/CFS with added unwanted menopause symptoms - forcing me to find a new GP and causing not only unwanted stress, but additional life-threatening problems (worsening ME, PEM). Us transfems often do our own fashion for the same reason we often are forced to do our own healthcare (even when it is legally available), we're the ones who know our bodies best. We're not the ones getting dysphoric from 'hundosing' or osteoporosis from long term underdosing of estrogen. Condescending benevolence may start with silly eyebrows or stupid dysphoric contouring (I am super pale, only a subtle pink blush works on me) but the same "welcome to womanhood" bullshit can lead to your chronic illness being worsened, or potentially life-threatening and limiting consequences - and some of those cis women are medical professionals. Just like with makeup, they often believe that just because they were born with innate estrogen production they are the sole experts on it, when that same innateness means they never have to do their own research on the difference between valerate or enanthate.
