they say, sometimes people who are millions of miles away from you feel closer than people who are right beside you, this exactly sums up what the boys are for me
they are not the sun, sun disappears in the dark, they are my stars because they were still there in my darkest time, stars are the ones that stay, even in broad daylight, you cannot see them, but they are there, always.
14 years ago today, 5 strangers were put together in a band and @onedirection was formed. Little did i know they would become my favourite people and save me in every way a person can be saved. They have changed my world for the better, love them more than anything and I will always love them, i cannot describe how I am feeling, words aren't enough to express my love and gratitude. They are more than just a stupid boyband, they are my home, it's a feeling i cannot express, it's like no matter where i am, hearing their voices makes me feel at home, if home is a person, they are my home. and when someone complements them, it feels personal, like someone is complimenting me, like we are one
Louis, Harry, Zayn,Niall and Liam, thank you for being the greatest thing that ever happened to me and for everything you've done unknowingly
i’m proud of all five of them individually and as a collective in a band, and im thankful to them for the friends i’ve made in the fandom, the laughs, and the songs that comfort me even when I'm at my worst, but more than this, i’m so happy they’re free and can express themselves more than they could while they were in the band. i wish i could go back in time and experience the one direction days, i never had the chance to do that.
and last but not the least, the directioners, couldn't have asked for a better family, happy 14 years, i hope you are doing okay <3
