sorry to my irls but i need to ramble about my sexuality criss

I need some help with labeling my sexuality. a month(ish) ago i realized that i was probably on the aroace spectrum. i’ve previously had crushes and (in my opinion) even fell in love with smb so i never questioned if i was ace. recently i was talking to smb about what i want in my love life and i said “i only care about companionship. its more of the intimacy i care about.” (and idk how to explain this but intimacy isn’t necesarilly a romantic bond) and it made me realize in that moment that I didn’t care if I was romantically attracted to this companion.

Sure I would want to do romantic things such as kissing, holding hands, sex, and even fucking die with this person but I wouldn’t care if I loved this person in a romantic sense. this person would hold so much value to me but i don’t actually LOVE them. it bothers me especially considering that my preferences dont align with the majority of ace people; I like the idea of sex, I can fall in love with people/have crushes, I love intimacy and crave it, I just don’t care if I love this person romantically.

Maybe I’m aromantic? or another label under the spectrum? idk and if anybody knows a label that fits this lmk cuz i don’t want to say to people that im “kinda aroace”

You said Eddie is a bad, violent person, so why are you shipping him with your favorite character? Is he only here to be part of your ship, stay quiet, and never have his own reactions?

i don’t think i’ll ever understand the sheer amount of hate trinity santos gets. people expect her to be perfect when in reality, it’s her flaws that make her the way she is. she’s human, not a saint. she’ll make mistakes, she’ll be disrespectful, she’ll cross boundaries. but she makes up for it and she’s growing, that’s part of life. and that’s what makes her human. without her flaws, she wouldn’t be as empathetic or compassionate as she is now. and she certainly wouldn’t be as alienated as she currently is. she’s made choices but so has langdon and now she’s facing the collateral damage of his mistakes, and that’s not okay.
