Dennis picks up the call and immediately puts it on speaker, he lays it on the floor next to trinity who is in the corner of the room crying.

Perlah goes “are you there sweetheart” “mom and mama are here baby girl” “what’s wrong”

Trinity starts sobbing even more and goes “mom I’m scared” “mom I can see him and he won’t leave” “mom I need you” “mom…” she curls up into herself and Dennis is really unsure what he should do.

Princess is heard over the phone going “hey baby girl, mama here, you are safe, you are with your brother and he can protect you” “can you be a good girl for your mothers and let him take you to bed”

Dennis helps trinity up and gets her to bed, the second trinity’s head hits the pillow she starts crying again and repeatedly going “moms will you be here soon” “I’m really scared” “mom” “mama” “please” “mom I can feel him” “mama I can hear him” “mom I can see him”

Dennis manages to sit with trinity, the phone next to them as he holds her hands and repeats that she is safe and their moms would be home any minute now.

Perlah and Princess rush through the door, race up to the bedroom and help trinity calm down by holding her and telling her how good she was and that she did such a good job waiting for her moms.

They ease her panic attack and get her to sleep with princess as she whimpers and clutches to Princess.

As trinity is about to head into a clothing store she hears someone yelling out her name.

She turns around to find Maria and Gabriel (her shitty biological parents) standing outside of a coffee shop motioning for her to come over.

Trinity panics, she doesn’t know what to do and walks off to find her mom and mama.

She locates them and goes “mom, mama, my biological parents are here and I don’t know what to do” she then hears Maria behind her going “who the fuck is mom and mama and why did you run off”

Trinity is really uncomfortable and Perlah and princess can tell she is about to have a panic attack in the mall. She decides to tell trinity’s biological parents to come back to their hotel and they can have a proper chat away from the mall.

They are all awkwardly sitting in the hotel with trinity unsure what she should say or do.

Maria speaks up and goes “so… are these your new parents” “I assume so as you called them mom and mama at the mall and you can’t stop looking back at them”

Trinity is unable to get any words out so Perlah decides to speak for her.

Perlah tells Maria and Gabriel that when they met trinity many years ago she was a mess, she was harming herself, harming others and was so broken because she had nobody to support her. They recognised that need and without even trying, became her mom’s.

Perlah tells Maria and Gabriel how amazing trinity is, how she is the most wonderful daughter anyone could ask for.

Princess on the other hand starts yelling, telling them that good parents wouldn’t kick their kid to the curb after what they went through, good parents would have surrounded their daughter with love, and that good parents would have been so proud to have a daughter go through medical school and become a doctor. Princess genuinely cannot believe the two adults infront of her would treat trinity with so much disrespect and then act like it wasn’t a big deal.

Maria and Gabriel attempt to apologise but they can see how hurt trinity is and that no apology will ever fix what they did so they get up and decide to leave.

As they are leaving they see trinity full body hugging princess and realise that they fucked up really bad.

Once Maria and Gabriel have left they all snuggle in bed together and princess and Perlah spend the entire afternoon telling trinity what a perfect daughter she is and that nothing in her past will ever make them hate her.

Fortunately they have the day off so Perlah and Princess take their time trying to coax whatever is bothering her out into the open to hopefully help solve the issue, unfortunately trinity seems to be really against telling her moms what’s wrong.

They become quite concerned when she heads back to bed and won’t get up.

Eventually Princess gets into trinity’s space and manages to coax her into a hug, that’s when trinity breaks down and starts sobbing.

After a few minutes of tears trinity tells her mom’s that her brother messaged her, she showed the message and it was absolutely horrific, blaming her for not getting the family out of poverty with the money she got from her lawsuit against the gym coach.

Perlah and princess know that trinity’s family didn’t support her in her lawsuit and kicked her to the curb when she mentioned wanting to be a doctor so the thought of trinity’s brother sending that sorta message makes perlahs blood boil.

They get trinity to block the number and all snuggle under the covers together while telling trinity she has a brother (Dennis) and two wonderful mums who would never ever kick her to the curb.

Trinity uses he/him in this.

Trinity gets a mullet in solidarity with Dennis and REALLY likes it, he starts to feel more like himself.

Trinity buys some jorts and an oversized top and wears it out, gets called a man by someone and it makes him feel something….

Dennis takes trinity out to a store for trans people (pretend they exist) and tells trinity he need to try on a binder and trinity LOVES IT. Really likes how free it makes him feel and how gender affirming it is. Can’t stop smiling and showing off in the store mirror.

Goes to pride in a button up (unbuttoned) with a binder and some jorts, gets gendered correctly and loves how everyone treats him as a man.

Finally comes out as a he/him transmasc lesbian to Dennis (he already knew) and then eventually comes out to Mel, Victoria and the others who accept him fully.

Has to have the uncomfortable talk with his parents and so cooks up a large filipino feast with Dennis and has Perlah and Princess sit down while he explains that he has recently realised he might be transmasc and wants to begin using he/him pronouns and taking a low dose of T.

Princess absolutely loves being princesses doll that she can dress up and play with.

Dennis gets a ton of “sweetie”, “baby”, “son” “mamas boy” and honeybun. At first he hated it and found it embarrassing but now he absolutely loves it.

Trinity gets called “sweetpea” “babygirl” “my baby” “mamas girl” and “moms girl” she was the same as Dennis but now has a huge smile on her face whenever they are out and princess or Perlah call her “babygirl” or any of their other nicknames.
