The most dystopian thing you could do 7 months into a genocide is complain that a genocide is still happening—and it’s even more disgusting when it’s specifically targeted at wanting people to tag Palestinian gofundmes so you can filter them out of your dash. You’re being extremely distasteful when you demand something like that. People are dying.

It’s so crazy seeing the rise of the sentiment that “this has been going on for too long,” except instead of it being focused on the fact that Palestinians are still being liberally genocided (while others face fate worse than death), it’s about posts related to spreading awareness and boosting fundraisers. Like that really should not be the focus of your ire right now. Being disturbed by gofundme posts while the people posting them are dying is actually demented behavior

when i was really little and had just learned how to write my full name . i noticed my twin brother had really messy handwriting. while mine was like … as nice as it could be for a little kid. so i wrote my name in his handwriting on a wall and i waited to see who our parents would get mad at . and they blamed him. and that was when my life of crime began

all joking aside it’s really funny that like little kids do things like that sometimes . my mom would look at her phone everytime she was at a red light so i got into the habit of saying “green” once the light changed so she would know . one day i was like “i wonder if i say green while it’s red if she’ll go” and so i did . and she did . and i got yelled at real bad

though looking back on it what the hell was she doing relying on like a five year old . who was a chronic shoplifter and liar . for that . i’m surprised we didn’t get into more accidents

like literally the fact that this has 9 notes (and most other posts abt asian american rep i’ve seen, rbed, or written have similar amounts), is proving my point. every time i reblog or post anything about racism agains asians, i can literally see everyone scrolling past it. not even given a performative like. are y’all consciously ignoring it or are you truly just that desensitized to racism against asians?
