It's been a while but I finally had time to make mood boards again!!!

I was in a bookstore with a friend not long ago. We were both just chatting away in the manga section. When this cute lady comes up to us and asks if we could give her any recommendations!!!!

She explained that she wanted to get into anime because her boyfriend was really into it. So she wanted something to start off with.

Y'all!!!!

I won't lie it was tough for me. Since she was a stranger, and I didn't really know what exactly her tastes were, so I was overthinking what to recommend.

BUT she mentioned she liked fantasy! So I recommend her Frieren! :)

I just found it so sweet that she had the courage to ask me and my friend!!!

I hope she enjoys the series, I would have recommended more to her but she said she was satisfied with the one.

I also wanted to hand her the apothecary diaries, but they didn't have a volume 1, :(

The Wish: Store well organized throughout the day. Daily tasks done. Living wage. Good vibes and Nice people!

The Reality: Ugly lighting. Dealing with shipment. Disorganized, and like fixing the same darn sport for what feels like the 100th time. Really rude people.

lol but in all seriousness I have both had REALLY sweet customer interactions but also REALLY awful ones.

Like for the most part if the world was nice, the ideal day would be pretty good. Like realistically it wont be perfect but like I wish I could have a smooth shift. Where people aren't shouting at me for something I can't control. Where I am not having to ask people to sign up for something because it's weird for me still, even after like years of working. And where management + higher ups aren't asking for these unattainable sales and employee goals.

Also I like folding shirts, I just dislike it when customers ball up the shirt and just like fling it somewhere randomly. No seriously I've seen customers do that, like straight up throw a piece of clothing some where.

I saw a comment a little bit ago that said "it's a Malcolm Todd summer." As a result I felt like I needed to make a mood board.
