I've been trying to make a Bartseq playlist and wonder if anyone has any cool music to share that they associate with the books/characters? Or just think they fit the vibe of the books, sort of like a BGM that you'd listen to while reading
Plus, I'm intrigued by everyones music tastes 🐡 gimme your fav bangers
Okay so as I mentioned, I do have character playlists for Kitty, Bart, and Nat that I made a lil while ago. I don't have a general bartseq playlist, but songs that relate to multiple characters of the series as a whole just go in multiple playlists lol(it's not super organized).
Another note is I'm that person who imagines entire amvs in my head using my favorite characters, so some of these songs are from that.
First I kinda have artists that I associate with the main three.
For Bartimaeus, I have a lot of songs from Jake Daniels like Burn and God. His songs have this sort of angry and chaotic energy to them which I think fits. I especially think Burn fts :>
For Nathaniel, I have a lot of MARINA songs like Are You Satisfied? and Oh No! A decent amount of her songs seem to fit the type of angst that Nat faces.
And last but not least for Kitty, I have The Crane Wives! One of my favorite songs, Take Me to War is on there along with The Hand That Feeds and some others. Their songs have this both rough but also sweet tone that I think really fts Kitty.

I don't really have anything for other characters atm, especially not enough for a playlist. I'd definitely have to do a reread and deeper dive on other characters for that.

Gave a listen to Jake Daniels songs, and I'm definitely feeling the vibe, I see the vision, I think they're really fitting for cool edit videos. Also I LOVE LOVE Marina and agree that the songs are 100% Nat coded
