I hate that one of the biggest answers to burnout is "have a supportive partner at home". I'm so Deeply aware that it's gonna be twice as hard to pull myself out of this and I've basically been told "yeah if I didn't have my partner I'd still be in deep burn out, but you just need to be kind to yourself even though you're single and live alone" and"wow all of your problems are really hard that sucks".
