It's pancake Sunday 🥞🎉 This time I tried another healthy twist to those pancakes by substituting wheat flour with oat flour I quickly made in my blender. I topped those vanilla protein pancakes with grapes, coconut flakes and soy crispies 🍇😍 Now that I'm properly fuelled, I'm off to the gym for some Cardio before meeting up with some friends later today. Happy Thursday peeps! 😊 Yesterday marked the last day of my internship. I am truly grateful to have learned so many things within the last ten weeks. Today is a national holiday here in Germany - it's the anniversary of German unification 🇩🇪🎉 I'm starting today with these hazelnut chocolate breakfast bites I made from scratch yesterday evening 🥄🍪 They are so simple, tasty, sugar free (except for the chocolate) and contain only six ingredients! I have never been a banana bread kinda person - I just never got the hype around it. To me, baking banana added a very distinct but unpleasant flavour to any dish using it really, but especially in banana bread. But in all seriousness, what you can see in this picture happens to be a true game changer 😍 I adopted the recipe on @aspoonfulofhealthde 's blog (swapping the milk and nut butter for homemade walnut butter and walnut milk) and accidentally forgot to add the lupine flour (oupsie 😌) I also added some chocolate bits which you cannot really spot in the photograph. It turned out amazing, combining the perfect amount of sweetness with the nutty whole wheat flour.
