About him:
This is Anomalytale Sans or AT!Sans for short. He lives in an AU where every monster in the underground is an anomaly, either they are fused with another monster or there is something different about them. For example: multiple eyes, no eyes, mutated body parts, different color, etc. Though they still mostly have the same personality but just a slight change, unless the monster is fused with another monster, then that anomaly will have two different personalities.

Storyline (of Anomalytale):
Before the “incident”, it was a normal day in Undertale. Flowey was spying on the others, Toriel was fixing up a few things in the Ruins, Sans was with Papyrus, Papyrus was working on a puzzle (that would obviously fail), Undyne was watching for humans to pass through Waterfall, Alphys was looking for something in True Lab, Mettaton in his EX form was performing for the monsters, Asgore was drinking some Golden Flower Tea, and lastly, Frisk was at Temmie Village petting the Temmies. Everything was well, until a new human fell down...
Their name was Player (my version of player btw), their goal was to execute every monster to take care of them for good, because Frisk refused to kill the monsters. When Toriel took care of Flowey for them, Player attempted to kill Toriel with their knife that they fell down with, but Toriel moved out of the way in time and didn’t think much of it because she just thought that Player was frightened by the sudden appearance of a monster. She took Player to her home and went to her living room to sit down. Player went with her, then stabbed Toriel in the SOUL while she was reading, and her dust then covered her chair, and Player left the ruins. Player did the same with the monsters in Snowdin, once she met Sans, she attempted to slash at him aswell but of course, she failed. After the interaction, she killed the rest of the monsters and arrived at Snowdin Town, killing them too and then Papyrus. This continued on for a while, and she was even able to defeat Undyne the Undying, but she was never able to figure out Sans’ attack patterns because he switched up every time she died. So she just decided to RESET every time she got to Sans.
Sans was getting tired of these repetitive Genocide Routes so before Player spawns back at the beginning, he decided to meet up with Alphys to see if she could mix Determination with whatever she thought was powerful. She asked why he wanted to do that and he just said that he wanted her to make it so he could inject it in all the monsters so it could make them stronger than before, she warned him that it could be very dangerous and could also go very wrong, but he didn’t care, and so she hesitantly agreed. After waiting a few hours, she was finally done with all the liquid for the injection, and so she gave Sans a few syringes and a few bottles of the liquid, but that’s when it all went wrong.
Sans started to inject every single monster in their SOUL’s going back to Snowdin and so did Alphys but she did it all the way to New Home, then Sans politely asked Papyrus if he could help him with injecting the other monsters and also inject himself and Papyrus agreed. Sans and Papyrus injected themselves and then injected the other monsters. This went on until every single monster in the underground was injected, and yes, Sans asked Toriel for help, too (PS: this is before Player killed the monsters again). The monsters did infact get stronger, but they also started to become what looked like anomalies. All the common monsters that are together in battle (Froggit and Whimsun, Tsunderplane and Vulkin, Temmie and Aaron, etc.) got fused, but the miniboss and boss monsters were just different in some way. Sans thought it was all his fault but then thought that it would all go back to normal when Player RESETs again, but it did not. Now every single monster in the underground were stronger but were in pain from the fusions and differences. It was painful because their SOULs were not used to the transformation and/or changes. Now Sans and Alphys know it was their faults and they have not yet found a cure to get them back to normal.
