Does anyone here remember this one YouTube series about Shadamy that, in my opinion, was incredibly good and it had two parts? I think the first one was Monster, and the opening song was Monster by Meg & Dia. The other was titled Toxic with a Nightcore version of Toxic by Britney Spears. (It might be backwards in terms of titles.)

It's been over six years since I lost the series from having downloaded it on my laptop due to some issues with system corruption and having to wipe it clean. I then searched for it on YouTube and, like many Shadamy stories, was either deleted or removed.

It wasn't a voice over series like with CRAZY GREG FILMS (amazing channel as well and somewhat helped soothe the ache of my loss), it was more like the kind where you had to read the text because all of it was compiled from various artwork and scenes from Sonic X and every frame was different from the last because we're talking about a time when FMV and AMV was such a common addition to titles.

I remember the story was more on the mature side and it involved one of my favorite comic panels called Nightmare - Shadamy. In the end, said panel was because Shadow was being mind controlled and thankfully he didn't really kill anyone but he did leave to keep Amy safe. Unbeknownst to him, she was pregnant with Silver and that's where the second part of the series comes in.

I wholeheartedly regret never writing down the name of the channel because then I could have figured out if the series was simply removed or if the whole channel was nuked.

Does anyone else remember it? I know there has to be at least one person on here who had to have seen it. Right?

I think ao3 is literally the only site where no censorship means no censorship. you can post the most vile things on there — things that will get taken down on any other platforms — and ao3 will protect you, your works, and your rights to create whatever you want, however you want.

and no, this isn’t me saying “write that messed up, disgusting thing” because while, yes, write it if it’s what you want (I myself enjoy writing dark fics, something I believe would be considered “vile” to a lot of people), this is me saying in a world of censorship and capitalism, ao3 really is a treasure.
