Spoonie Adventures: A fortnight in hospital with covid19. Reeling from the medical trauma (secondary pneumonia sucks) and abuse from the staff (the same 'you don't look disabled' shit happens even during a pandemic).
Migraines on top of the virus shit show meant my body went into shock once (I survived) and Ehlers Danlos syndrome making the muscle wastage particularly dangerous during my recovery. It will be a long road but I got very very lucky in living to see today.
Take care of yourselves, pack a hospital bag if you start getting symptoms, and type up your medical history, medications and GP/ next of kin contact in case you have to go in.
