Sho blinked slowly at the other, thinking over the other’s idea for what they could do. He shrugged his shoulders lightly before sitting back up, getting off the other’s shoulder. “I’m sure we can destroy something out there. I’ll bring my swords too. You should bring your gun too, and let me shoot it, promise I won’t shoot you,”

{ ☹ ☻ ☹ }   “Hey, you can at least compliment my suggestion. Something like ‘Hey Adachi, what a great idea! Thanks for coming up with it!’ or hell, even a simple thank you. I do everything around here and I get shit from you, kid.” He grumbled, crossing his arms in mild anger. He was glad that they were going to be letting of some steam because Sho most definitely had a way of riling him up. “I will be bringing my gun, but you won’t be touching it. It’s mine... unless you want to trade.” He stood up, rolling his shoulders as he picked up a jacket and slipped it on. 

“And one day we’ll get nostalgic for disaster,” 

“Fine I won’t burn down you apartment then, happy now that you’ve ruined my fun?” Sho sighed, not moving from leaning against the man. “I came up with the the first idea, it’s your turn,”

If you’re really hankering for a fire, you could always take a piece of paper and light it outside. I’ve heard that’ll give kids like you a rush.” He regarded in a snide voice. Running his fingers through his hair, Adachi decided it was best to pacify the brat before he flipped out on his and really made true on the ‘choking him unconscious’ thing. “But really... there are plenty of abandoned lots on the outskirts of town. They aren’t monitored, and I do have connections incase someone does get a glimpse. They’d be fun to fuck around with!”

{ ☹ ☻ ☹ }   “...” He stared at the girl, a cautious expression on his face. While Adachi did not really care about the murder cases in actuality, he did need to put on an act when around others when discussing a case. He sent out a silent prayer to nobody that she would leave him alone soon. “I... I do know about the murders, but y’know... that shouldn’t really be the first thing you bring up in a conversation. Seems pretty suspicious.”

{ ☹ ☻ ☹ }   “Oh, you’ve come all this way for the case huh? Yeah, it’s really weird to have such a big thing happen out here in the sticks. But… We have a competent police force of our own down here, y’know. We can deal with this without the help of a kid..” Adachi let out a little laugh, playing off his words happily. He did not believe in the town in the slightest, but he also didn’t want to have to deal with even more kid detectives snooping around.

{ ☹ ☻ ☹ }   “Bird.” He repeated the other, crossing his arms. He narrowed his eyes, attempting to make himself look more serious than he actually felt. In reality, he didn’t care what this kid was up to, especially if it spiced things up in this run down town. Then again, it was always fun to poke at someone. “…I’ve heard a lot of excuses in this town, but this is the first time I’ve heard of a bird being the cause. I’m going to need a better answer than that.”

{ ☹ ☻ ☹ }   “I’m glad that I met you first. Seems like you’ve got it all together and aren’t a whiny little bitch. It’s like I won the me styled lottery in terms of who to talk to.”

{ ☹ ☻ ☹ }   “No problem, I’ll be sure to letcha know.” He nodded, smiling at the shorter ‘kid’. “Well, I’m on duty a lot! More often than not lately. I, of course, have to have a bit of a flexible schedule being a detective and all. But you don’t need to worry about that. You look like a good kid.”

“Hm so what were you really looking forward in a conversation. I’ll be frank with you…I feel the same for the most part. 

{ ☹ ☻ ☹ }   “Yeah, you don’t need to be all cryptic. Accepting person? You’re a shadow. I get it, and I honestly don’t care.” He hummed, shrugging slightly as he continued. “But yeah, for the most part, I just need a good person to talk to even if that person is me. Well, sorta me. I generally only have little brats to talk to most days, which is more than a small pain. So I’ll take what I can get.”
