The battle didn’t took long as after finishing off some of the hilichurls, the remaining ones retreated. Hopefully, they won’t bother blocking the roads and cause troubles to people anymore. If they do, it’s gonna be another commission on another day.

Electric charges on the ground remained for a few seconds after the fight, perhaps caused by the wolf spirit when Razor used it knock down surrounding foes. Thanks to Orianna’s help, he didn’t even get a scratch from them.

“You did good. Thank you.” While it felt good receiving a compliment, he’s not going to take all the credit on own. In fact, he believed the sniper deserves it more.

“ Thank you! We make a great team. Your ability is really amazing though! A large wolf is summoned from your back and it fights in sync with you.” Orianna smiled, looking more energetic than she first came here.

There sure are a lot of hilichurls blocking the path that caused trouble to those who weren’t able to pass through. But they were caught off guard as one of them holding a crossbow got shot. While it didn’t kill him yet, they were alerted that someone is attacking them.

It was Razor’s cue to attack as he nodded before rushing towards the nearby churls. Thanks to the distraction, they didn’t see him until they received slashes from a claymore. Three of them were knocked down already.

The other archers were just about to shoot at the direction Orianna shot at but they were just as surprised when another adventurer enters, knocking some of their comrades out. 

Even at the slightest glance at the wolf boy it was the snipers chance to attack and shot another bullet at one of them. 

The people of Mondstat knew sounds of sword slashing, elemental attacks and plunge attacks, it was normal for them. However, the sounds of a sniper rifle was foreign to them and it worried them quite a bit on how lethal this outlander’s ‘new weapon’ was.

It didn’t take long for other hilichurls to shout in their language to retreat, leaving only their large equipment blocking the path.

Jett had barely been home for a minute and already things were getting heated. He looked Orianna over, his expression quickly shifting from one of pleasant surprise to a sort of lustful hunger. The corner of his lips turned up in a smirk as he approached her.

“I’m sorry, baby, I just didn’t want you to get hurt,” he purred. “How about I make it up to you, hm?” He placed his hands on her hips and pulled her closer.

“Baby girl…”

“ You know I’m capable of protecting myself, my love.” Orianna let her body be pulled against his body and already she could feel ‘something’ heating up between them.

She hummed a bit, while wrapping her arms around his neck. “ If you make it up to me.. It’s going to be a lot since you’ve been gone for a week.”

Slowly, she tiptoed up to whisper to his ear. “ And I’ve been very... very lonely.”

@orianna-ozpin​ asked: “ Razor! Hey! Did you accept this commission as well? There’s a few hilichurls over there tampering with the supply route for Dawn Winery! Wanna come with? ”

Razor nodded in response as he didn’t have much to do. His other friends in the Adventurers’ Guild already accepted other commissions and he had to choose on his own. Not that he had any complaints and initially thought he’d do a commission on his own. That doesn’t mean he won’t need a companion either.

“They block road. Must keep them away.” That definitely means taking down those hilichurls.

It was refreshing to see someone she knew take on this commission and someone she can put some trust in. The other adventurer’s of Mondstat were nice yet most of them had their own circle to take commissions on that she didn’t have the heart to ask if she could join. She didn’t want to drag anyone down so she mostly took solo missions. 

But this time she was with Razor, a boy she had met and fought together with.

“ Let’s go!” Orianna smiled, gleefully before taking out her sniper rifle and ran to a high vantage point where she can snipe the hilichurls that’s far from Razor’s reach.

“Hey there, baby. Miss me?”

“ Of course I do! You’ve been gone for a week. “ Orianna got up from the couch, walking up to him. It would be a normal day for the couple if not for the outfit Orianna was wearing now.

“ I’ve been resting the whole time after that S rank mission we went last time and you didn’t want me to go.” Words came out of her mouth while white ruffles swayed from side to side and an apron fluttering on her front.

Ahhh yes.. Saying I’ll interact for a bit, but not end up interacting....

Apparently, this person insisted him to come along. Is it really okay for him to enter Mondstadt without getting ridiculed by some of its citizens? Sure, it has been known as the city of freedom and its almost everyone there, knights included, are welcoming to those outside their territory. Yeah, almost. That doesn’t mean Razor won’t be stared by some of their judging eyes. At least what he believe.

“I’ll go then. Not long.” Perhaps he’s trying to say that he’ll accompany her within the walls but will leave shortly after.

“ Alright then, but I would like you to stay and let you feel welcomed, alright?” It was ironic that she was the outsider yet she’s the one welcoming him to a city that she hasn’t even set foot in.

Orianna follows Razor to Mondstat and looked around seeing how different it was to her world. Everything was traditional like back in the day before technology was ever invented.

Trident thinks about it and nods his head, “That is probably it, they want us to clear out the Grimm just like last time.”
