I started intensive physical therapy abroad , and for the first time since the accident, I began to feel small but hopeful reactions from my body. These tiny signs are everything to me right now. They mean that there’s still a chance… but only if I can continue treatment.

Here’s the hard part – my funds are running out, and the journey ahead is long. Doctors say I need at least two more years of therapy to have a real chance of standing, walking, and getting my life back.

Salem, only 26, full of energy and love for life, decided to try a bungee jump. What was supposed to be a fun adventure turned into a nightmare that left him paralyzed from the chest down.

In just one second, he lost the ability to walk —🧑‍🦽something most of us take for granted.

But Salem didn’t give up ❤️

With incredible strength and determination, he started intensive therapy. For the first time since the accident, small signs of hope have started to return. He truly believes that one day, he will stand on his feet again.
