Seventeen years ago, Venezuela severed ties with the State of Israel. After seventeen proud years, today we are formally resuming consular relations with a genocidal entity. The United States bombed us on January 3rd to rob us. To avoid ending up like Palestine, we had to enter into "negotiations" with the aggressor. After the double earthquake (7.2 and 7.5, occurring almost simultaneously), we once again had to swallow our pride and allow Marines to enter. Today, we are being humiliated once more by the establishment of consular relations with Israel. To me, this is a true disgrace. Evil has won.

Tras el doble terremoto (de magnitudes 7,2 y 7,5, ocurridos casi simultáneamente), una vez más tuvimos que tragarnos el orgullo y permitir la entrada de los marines. Hoy sufrimos una nueva humillación con el reestablecimiento de relaciones consulares con Israel. Para mÃ, esto es una verdadera vergüenza. El mal ha triunfado.
