The occupation clearly violates the agreed truce, yesterday we received calls everywhere, evacuations of houses, which were bombed last night, they shawed the security of the area, but we are fine, don't worry.

After my father's passing, I found myself taking care of my family, consisting of my mother, sister Noor, and brother Abdulrahman. My mother, suffering from high blood pressure and diabetes, faces health problems that further complicate their situation. But courage and determination drive Amira forward.

I worked as a teaching assistant at the university while pursuing a master's degree in data science, and also worked as a programmer in a company. My life was going smoothly until war came and destroyed everything.

My university, workplace, and home were completely destroyed, forcing them to flee south in search of a safe haven. Now, I and my family live in tents for displaced people in Deir al-Balah, where they suffer from water shortages and the spread of diseases, posing an additional challenge, especially for my immunocompromised mother.

This is a brief about our daily suffering.

Israel targeted and killed 7 children and 4 adults waiting for water in a drone strike while crowds of people attempted to retrieve clean water from a water truck on July 13th. Water shortages are becoming worse. Fuel shortages are heavily affecting desalination sanitation facilities. People are now dependant on collection centres.

That massacre was just one of several in a 24 hour period on July 12th and 13th. The Health Ministry in Gaza reported that 139 bodies have been brought to hospitals within that 24 hour period.

In Gaza, just standing to receive water, or a food package is a death sentence. And yet the world is silent and complicit in this horror.

The alternative for this is buying food for crazy, expensive prices nobody can bear alone. Keep in mind, there is no income in Gaza.

Youssef ( @yosefgaza122 ) requires urgent donations. Him and his family are human too. His wife Hanan, and children Lana, Aboud and Adam aren't numbers. They have a story to tell (read here).

But the world is unsympathetic and unkind. The world has blocked their ears and eyes to the pain, suffering and extermination in Gaza.

They have only raised 11% of their goal, hardly enough to sustain the prices Youssef describes;

"Dear friend, we are living in a state of high prices in Gaza. Your donation is very important and necessary for my family. Every generous donation will save us from famine. Prices are exorbitant. Prices of basic commodities in Gaza today, Saturday, July 19 1 kg of flour: 200 shekels (£60) 1 kg of sugar: 400 shekels (£120) 1 kg of pasta: 100 shekels (£30) 1 kg of lentils: 80 shekels (£26) 1 kg of rice: 150 shekels (£45) 1 kg of tomatoes and eggplant: 90 shekels (£24) 1 kg of potatoes: 100 shekels (£30)."

The donations they are currently receiving are not enough to cover these costs. Youssef is vetted, (#591) on the @/gazavetters list.

The more shares, the more donations, the more we are helping aid get food a family in need. The more we are feeding three innocent children - be the reason they can eat.

His body is now covered in a painful rash from contaminated water and malnutrition, and his family hasn’t received all needed aid due to the dangerous "red zone" airdrops; so it's become more difficult for him to actually pick up helping supplies for his relatives by himself.

Their mother Laila @laylaayman-blog2 has been fundraising trying to support their family through the awful conditions in Gaza, but it is hard for her to keep promoting her cause while taking care of a newborn, and donations have slowed as a result. @handalapls is Mohammed Ayesh's blog. He's currently inside Gaza working tirelessly to verify fundraisers. Do I have to explain how exhausting that is? He's in constant danger every single day, and still goes out of his way to help others as best he can. He also has to care for his family, including his little brother Yasser, who is hard of hearing and has a cochlear implant

The implant requires charging, which is difficult due to the destruction and inavailability of power sources in many parts of Gaza, and it's also starting to malfunction, as they're unable to care for it properly, again, due to the living conditions they are in. Trying to repair the device or get a new one would be extremely expensive, and they cannot afford it. This means that Yasser is having a lot of trouble expressing himself, since he's also been unable to have the speech therapy sessions he used to have, which made communication easier for him

Mohammad's fundraiser is destined to collect money to repair Yasser's hearing device, fund his speech therapy in the future, and help his entire family rebuild their lives. In a post on his blog, he's expressed wanting to close the fundraiser before the end of the year, and he has yet to reach his goal. As of today, his campaign sits at £35,320/£60,000. Please share his campaign, and donate to it if you can. The smallest act can make a big difference for him and his family. Mohammed spends so much effort trying to help those around him, it's only fair we should do our best to help him too
