Hi, it's Tea.

Long story short: I originally made this ko-fi goal (that has been up for a while, I just never got around to making this post here) to gradually save up to move out in 2024. However, things have been extremely stressful and frustrating ever since my abusive father moved in with us back in 2022. And NOW things have escalated to the point where I no longer feel safe in my own home. I just can't do it anymore.

I was originally planning on moving later in 2024, around August-October, but now I'm looking at moving closer to May/June. I have a job that pays decently, but I've had to periodically dip into funds to pay off other expenses. Thus, I set the goal of $5000 to have as a cushion in addition to my current income. Depending on how things look for me in the next few months, I may or may not raise the goal, but this is a good start for now.

In addition, I plan on making adopts again (and still have a couple left up for grabs), in addition to opening my commissions back up to offset the expenses, but donations help the most.
