Out of 19000+ followers I have, only one of you actually reblogged about this issue, yet a lot of you have reblogged and liked a picture by playboy about catcalling and that how men should never do it.

Additionally, I have received abuse in my ask box (which I will be answering when I can) and threats. In particular death threats and rape threats.

create a routine that fits your needs to integrate with your lessons schedule

get dressed, even in comfy sweatpants, just don't stay in your pijamas all day

sitting all day is tiring so remember to stretch and go for a walk in your neighbourhood if you can

video call your classmates to study together & share a laugh

take time to organize your paperwork & notes

get a planner/agenda! if you don't have one you can find printables online or just take a notebook and built it yourself (bullet journal) - it doesn't have to be beautiful o aesthetically pleasing, just useful for you

organise your time into main 3 categories: lessons time, study time, self care time (eat, shower, relax, sleep, free time)

take time to rest and unplug! your health is the most important priority, even if school sometimes seems to tell you otherwise, it is. so don't! skip! sleeping!
