Efe met up with fellow photographer Mike Meadows at Dupont Plaza in Washington, D.C. They explored the quiet neighborhood while discussing photography, fashion and life in D.C. The best part about a city is the endless opportunities for photos. From one street to the next, they battled each other for the best shot.
