My heart goes out to everyone who is hurting right now; to everyone who feels absolutely down; to everyone who keeps their struggles to themselves because they have no one to turn to; to everyone who fights this battle alone. I see you and I am incredibly proud of you. You are trying so hard and I just wanted to let you know that I notice the strength it takes you to show up every single day. You are going to get through this, my love. Thank you for holding on, thank you for pushing through. I know it may feel as if there is no sense in fighting anymore but trust me, there is. You are so loved and we all need you here on earth. One day, even if it is still a long journey to go, you will come out of this dark place and see the light again. I love you so much.
