When I first read AFTG, I really wanted to see Andrew next to Neil in the hospital after the incident in Baltimore

UPD. If anyone knows of any fan fiction with a similar plot, where Andrew breaks into Neil’s hospital room, let me know 👉👈

Of course, his way of dealing with the feelings between him and Kaew aren't the healthiest. Jom wants to feel loved and have Kaew's attention all to himself at all times, but can't accept him saying those feelings back to him out too loudly, because others can hear and find out about his act. Kaew's naturally not to masculinity acts as a direct opposite of Jom, because he doesn't hide that part of himself as well as Jom does.

It's clear this is terrified of his feelings, and that's valid. As a queer person born in a small town, I know how disgusting society can make you feel about loving someone, or even just dressing differently, having gay friends, etcetera.

I also really like that it's not only one side that is afraid of hurting the other by proximity (based on the preview of next week's episode). I like that they're both concerned about what their relationship is going to cost the other person either physically or emotionally....and financially.

They are probably going to make the relationship with her father a bit better because we know she still looks for his affection and approval, its not just as obvious as it was when she was younger and it doesn't get to her as much surprise her when she doesn't get it. And by showing the audience that he cares in some way they seem to be setting up a redemption or mending of sorts for him and their relationship.

If we had more episodes I'd have liked to see how that would play out a bit more but with just four more it'll definitely feel rushed and ooc if they go that route. I still need a bit more clarity on his motives though...this is all just assumptions based on his seemingly emotional outburst at the hospital which obviously is very weird interesting given his reaction to the first incident where her vehicle was tampered with...maybe her proximity to death played a role in this.
