Made it into ep 5 of My Royal Nemesis: I'm enjoying how CSG is basically writing himself into a romcom....whilst also apparently hating the genre and pretending to dig his heels in.

It's like he's stage fighting his own intentions. His reactions can feel so performative but he's often the only one who can witness them*. The gentleman doth protest too much (.....but should carry on as he is, I'm enjoying it)

He's also SO taken aback when SSR doesn't follow the script. It all ends up being very endearing.

*I guess it's kind of the opposite of giving himself a pep-talk in the mirror?? saying encouraging things to a reflection vs. moaning to a brick wall

allegedly sodium citrate in the wash cycle helps make detergent more effective in hard water (our beautiful sustainable reclaimed wastewater is unbelievably hard. it's like 50% gravel lol) and citric acid in the rinse cycle helps breaks down any lingering detergent and makes your clothes feel softer or whatever. we'll see...
