Red - stop 🛑 and identity what is worrying you.

Yellow - come up with a plan

Green - make a decision and act accordingly

Stop, Rewind & Think 🤔

Stop ✋ - identify your anxious self-talk

Rewind - observe how your anxiety is affecting your behavior. Think of ways to calm yourself down.

Rethink - look for evidence to disapprove your irrational thoughts.

Anxiety copping kit/box 📦

It can be helpful to have an emergency 🚨 kit/box ready to help you calm down. The cool thing about this technique is that you get to customize your kit however you want. Things you can add are:

AU where it WAS a thousand years ago and everybody on earth knows they used to be ruled by the moon but nobody talks about it because that’s like, 9th grade world history and not relevant to modern life. Moon people are extinct so it’s not like it matters anymore. The 1969 moon landing had to specifically decide how close they wanted to land to this ancient moon palace, like, there was a serious debate at NASA like “should we land on their courtyard because it’s flat and level or should we land somewhere else because who knows if the courtyard is gonna collapse or something.”
