august is the best poetic exploration of a combination of deep loneliness and community in the same damn week on the same damn day that i've ever seen i think and it is so so simple in lyricism that it is so perfect expressing it. the whole bus ride thing (and again a focus on temperature and literally just having to go to the bathroom, it's so simple, and the simple specific memories of community and connection while driving) and the simplicity of "und dann komm ich heim, bin mit meiner leeren wohnung allein, ist ok, ich weiß die zeit vergeht schnell in der stadt, es wird hell in der stadt, ich schlaf ein" i am killing !!! myself !!!!!
