â ď¸obviously these will not be manageable for everyone and please be safe
- i DO NOT exceed 1500 k@lories literally ever (even on met@bolism days and b!nges)
- i eat anywhere from 300-600 kals a day
- i donât eat nasty @ss protein bars and processed stuff but instead whole foods that actually are enjoyable to eat
- i donât eat ANYTHING i do not like the taste of (waste of kals and would rather eat nothing)
- if i stay up late, ill have a snack around 2-4 am to trick my body into thinking thatâs time to eat. (this way i can often sleep through my hunger)
- no liquid or food before 12pm ( i start every day at around 12pm with coffee)
- i prefer to not eat breakfast mainly because im genuinely not hungry in the mornings
- a single meal should never exceed 350 calories
- every morning i take fiber gummies, apple cider vinegar and fish oil supplements
- i drink 2-3 cups of green tea (atleast one cup per meal)
- with every meal i take a physicians choice digestive enzyme
- i have metabolism days if i noticed i havenât pooped in around 3 or more days (metabolism day=900-1000 kals)
- no soda (this includes diet anything) once you quit itâs so easy to never want soda again because now even the thought makes me nauseous
- honestly i donât make my 10k steps everyday but the days i dont i will do something physical at home like deep clean my room, do a Just Dance video on youtube, etc
- i watch messy Mukbangs made by heavier people whenever i want to be discouraged from eating
- i make sure to always eat LESS than a serving size
- i drink like 3 40oz stanleyâs a day
- roasted seaweed snack packs and Outshine fruit pops are literally 30 cals each and R SO GOOD OMG
- i look in the mirrorâŚ.
