Cardiac (she/they) is a violent street fighter and partners in crime with Dorothy. They are wild and reckless with a big ego and lustful proclivities. With or without Dorothy, Cardiac participates in an underground fighting ring, challenging many other street fighters. They are extremely cocky in the ring, wielding a large and heavy steel hammer. Although strong, they are middle ranked as a fighter, which greatly frustrates them. They devote most of their focus on their fighting reputation, frequently challenging opponents and wreaking havoc. They consider themselves rivals with Kuroze (although it's somewhat one-sided) who they also have an attraction/mixed feelings for. Additionally, Cardiac is a sex maniac and a womanizer. They are attracted to women and feminine people, whom they enjoy flirting and sleeping with, sometimes in groups. They are also genderfluid.

Kuroze (they/them) and Cardiac (she/they) are fighting rivals in the ring, although mostly one-sided. With Kuroze's swift and quick movements somehow besting Cardiac's heavy power-based combat, Cardiac has lost every battle to Kuroze. Cardiac greatly envies Kuroze's combat ability and reputation, outranking that of her own. She seeks to continue challenging Kuroze, often annoyingly taunting and attempting to provoke them. However, Kuroze views her as a lowly opponent, prioritizing stronger rivals such as Saint. Cardiac becomes further infuriated by Kuroze's refusal to acknowledge her, fueling her anger and bitter feelings of rivalry towards Kuroze. However, Cardiac's feelings towards Kuroze are fairly mixed and she finds herself strangely attracted to them. At times, she uncharacteristically stumbles with her words or actions in Kuroze's presence, sloppily attempting to remedy her goofs with more blatant mockery and insults. Although Kuroze feels nothing regarding Cardiac, they do realize Cardiac's strange behavior towards them, teasing them and subtly flirting before effortlessly defeating them and flying off. This leaves Cardiac blushed and infuriated, leading her to dedicate both training time and alone nights thinking of Kuroze.
