Blinky: any historical novel (realistic or nonfiction), but especially things like The Iliad. For shows it’s much the same, documentaries are his favorite once Jim shows him how to use a human tv. But if he’s already read a lot in a day he indulges in sci-fi or even fantasy to see how accurate some things are. Favorites: anything narrated by David Attenborough, Star Trek, scavengers reign (he ADORES speculative biology), and the hobbit trilogy (and book).

ARRGHH: he doesn’t read a lot but when he does he enjoys romance/drama novels. Show wise is the same: soap operas, murder mysteries, and elaborate scheme type things. He also enjoys action/sci fi, though the latter is for the soundtracks. Favorites: Knives out, Monk, House MD, Project Hail Mary.

drall: he also doesn’t read much but gravitates to comics and fantasy. His favorite shows are based in action and 90’s horror, and some random animated ones. He also likes war movies. favorites: John wick, fall guy, transformers, band of brothers, Superman.

Strickler: history stuff for all categories, mostly Greek/roman but a bit of Scandinavian. He is a huge nerd when it comes to it and loves watching movies to see what they got right. Favorites: the Oddessy, Iliad, Percy Jackson (books. One of his students introduced him and he finds them entertaining), and anything to do with Loki.

Numora: she enjoys action/thriller along with very select horror. Book wise she prefers nonfiction but show wise she watches anything from mystery to drama. Favorites: knives out, Sinners, James Bond movies, and the ozymandios poem.

not Enrique: comics and superhero movies. He steals them from Claire. Favorites: Superman, Spider-Man, and Wonder Woman comics or movies, and She-Ra.

Angor: fantasy, specifically ones with happy ends. He also enjoys sci-fi and romance. He doesn’t like YA novels because of how young the protagonists are usually, and thinks it’s annoying. The only exception to this is the Six of crows dulogy. He thinks Kaz is hilarious. Favorites: The hobbit trilogy (and book), Project Hail Mary, Hallmark movies, six of crows, scavengers reign (his favorite is Levi. Relates slightly to her.)

Bular: horror, thriller, action, and fantasy are his favorites with some exceptions. He doesn’t read much, but if he does it’s usually things he stole from stickler and he finds them boring. Video wise he really enjoyed the slasher era of movies and how humans seemed so scared of random people. Favorites: Saw movies, ghost face, lord of the rings, Iron lung, and Sinners (he thinks Smoke is intresting.)

Gunmar: like his son he enjoys horror and fantasy but also finds sci-fi intresting. He hates YA novels and shows again because of young protagonists (though it’s mainly because he himself is plagued by The Young Protagonists). His favorite genre of horror is cosmic. Favorites: Annihilation, the Thing, iron lung (he really liked how Ava was missing an eye and how Ellie as a whole was), sinners (vampires intrest him. Also Annie and smoke subplot with the baby made him very fond of the two characters), backrooms (if he was shown it).

dictacious: he enjoys history much like blinky to an extreme. If he wasn’t blinded he probably would have had similar taste, though it’s up for debate. Movie wise he bases it off of soundtracks. Favorites: sinners, lord of the rings, interstellar, and David Attenborough documentaries.
