Might have overdone it this weekend

A lot can change in 5 years (I grew a beard)

A “friend” captured this hibernating bear (me) sleeping it off after a crazy day of Pride festivities on Saturday. Keep in mind, this was like 6 AM, so morning skinny is in full effect. Imagine how bad it looked by “6 pm bloated” after the greasy hangover food all day, haha. Damn, when did I get so WIDE😅

It’s still bulking season, boys

I had to have abdominal surgery, and at the time they told me it was high risk for wound re-opening around the stitches because the skin on my belly was pulled so tightly and under a lot of stress. Around the same time, I got diagnosed with new onset Type 2 diabetes, which really scared me. Thankfully, losing a few pounds took care of the diabetes, which so far hasn’t come back with the regains.

Back from a short gaining break I took for health reasons. I’m not so sure it worked — I kinda feel like Harold from Hey Arnold getting off the fat camp boat

Being snowed in is not good for the waistline. 8000 calories down the hatch; tank distended and tight as a drum; feeling like I could burst with every breath. Too exhausted to walk to the kitchen for round two…

The ones that have seen the “changes” usually just call me fatass and ask what I’ve been eating or smile politely and ask how the bulk is going
