Ok, so, this would still technically mostly follow my OC Tania's view, but it still involves canon characters obviously. In this version, Tania and other characters start off human.

So, to kick off the story, Tania unfortunately loses her base family (the human family from main storyline) due to a housefire. After some calls are made for possible caretakers even if only temporary, a few accidental ones are sent to a few gene parents. (Unlike magic like in the main storyline, science was used to add the blood of other individuals into her as a fetus). One miraculously picks up with that being Argus (this AU's version of AAARRRGGHH!!!). He feels bad about the situation, and after some consulting with Blinky (I'll think of a name, damn it), picks up Tania. Tania has to slowly adjust to everything as she already spent a month in the hospital (I know that's probably not accurate time, leave me alone) and then spends a month with the duo. After two months though, something strange happens. Argus gets sick, though nobody can figure out what's going on. They keep an eye on him, and after a while, he seems to be getting better. However, after Tania gets home from school to go check on him, she finds him missing until she finds the basement door open...

And he won't be the last one to be affected.

Yes, added some more rocky growths and some glowing moss. Weirdly felt fitting.

So, a warning for the bottom drawing. It will have burns and abit more info on Tania. I don't think it's that bad, but just in case, there's a head's up.

I have learned that it's weird for me to draw Tania as a human. Almost accidentally made her piebald like usual a couple of times.

In this version, she's stuck relying more on wit than supernatural abilities. Good luck, kid.
