Core Sides Comforting You After A Panic Attack
Donโt mind me, just coping. I did more on how they helped you rather then the actual panic attack, considering I have no experience with them.
Man, does he know how to save you!
While Roman hasnโt had panic attacks, he does know a whole lot about spiraling into a pit of misery, and often having to drag himself out before falling back in.
He doesnโt want you to feel the same, though.
This boy gives hugs. Great hugs.
Heโs got a comforting Disney song on the tip of his tongue and he will use it.
The ranges his voice can do is astounding. From happiness, the sounds of simping, sobbing (did I say sobbing?), and comforting, he can do it and it helps.
After itโs all done, Roman will take a day off from working and spend it with you instead!
This prince just wants you to happy, and heโs good at making you happy.
Logan may not be good with emotions, but he is good with calming you down.
His voice is so confident, sweet and sure of himself that itโs immediately soothing.
Heโll ask permission for a lot of things.ย โCan I touch you? Can I do this?โ He also stores it in mind to remember it later.
At the start, heโll be reminding you of cognitive of distortions and doing the five senses trick.
Later on, heโll constantly reassure you. That was okay, youโre not overreacting.
If you like his puppet form, he might go in it to cheer you up but sshhh
Logan has a very calming presence, and he smiles when you end up falling asleep on his lap.
Patton hates seeing you so terrified! If youโre sad, heโs sad.
He knows that his way of coping (repression) isnโt exactly the most healthiest, and heโll be horrified if you do it yourself.
Pattonโs helped Virgil through a few panic attacks himself, so he knows what heโs doing.
Man is an expert on rambling. He can go on for days and days about how much he loves you, because he does!
Pattonโs best way is distraction.
Also, he rivals Roman in terms of hugs. Heโs so good at them???? With your permission, youโll forget about all your worries when this sweet dad embraces you.
After that, a whole day for you! He doesnโt wanna see you sad.
Virgil has the most experience with panic attacks, but surprise surprise, heโs anxious.
What if he messes up? What if he makes it even worse? What if-
Virgil recollects himself for your sake. Seeing you in this much pain hurts, and heโll do his best to prevent it.
Much like Logan, he asks for permission about everything, and absolutely keeps it in his mind for later.
Honestly, heโll do anything to help you from getting out of the hellhole panic attacks are.
Constantly looking out for you the next few days.
He just wants you to be safe.
