Hello there! I believe I somewhat answered another question similar to this, about a Gemini guy with Taurus Venus and Cancer Mars. If you haven’t already, you can look at that one as well! However, I basically think a Cancer Mars can make a person protective, emotionally driven, and giving when it comes to a relationship. As for them also having a Taurus Venus, I believe it makes them have a need for commitment, beauty, and trust as well.

It can be hard to know what a Gemini guy is actually thinking about, and when upset in the relationship they could be standoffish. Especially with their Cancer Mars effecting their communication skills depending on their mood. They can be passive aggressive when really upset in the relationship.
