A robber is just another customer, and the customer is always right, you can push it up the management chain later like any other customer, this person is just doing a transaction with a gun or a knife instead of a wallet. You give them what they want, you listen, you let them go, you don’t do anything stupid because I guarantee the till and the merch is not worth it.  Companies plan for this. They’re rich. They can recoup the loss, but a lawsuit is much worse.
