During one such month, the humans came across two extremes. One was overjoyed from their new long-term situation, learning her wife was ready to join the crew that very month of this survey. For her, she scored positively.

The other faced a harsh extreme. His leg was amputated a week prior to this survey due to an ignored infection. He scored negatively on the survey.

Month by month passed. In those first several months, the human male remained in a negative state. He, of course, was treated by respect by all crew members, including the two humans. Despite scoring negatively on the survey consistently with no clear signs of improvement, he did his best to adapt to the new situation, and also remained friendly with all crew members.

The human female meanwhile scored positively the first few months due to her positive situation. She spoke of her wife to the crew nearly every conversation.

There was a matter of both empathy and sympathy. The man was happy that the woman has her wife, and the woman was sad for the man's situation. Thankfully, the concepts of empathy and sympathy were in-thought for the survey.

As months passed, both humans scores began to grow similar. They both grew towards the neutral score ever so slowly. That's not to say the human male was pleased with his situation or that the human female was not. It seemed as time passed, their fleeting human emotions simply grew to a more balanced state.

In one year's time, both human's scores became similar to one another. Despite the extreme good and the extreme bad, neither humans' emotions remained permanent.

Across the universe, other surveys reported similar observations. No matter the bad nor the good, humans never remained in a singular emotional state even when situations were long-term or permanent. There were exceptions of course, as human beings are rarely so easy, but majorly the results remained similar.

Such observations were neither good nor bad from a human perpective. Because, in one dim light, a lack of emotional permanence means no permanent satisfaction. Within another light, this also means that during negative events, a human can come back from it.

From the researchers perception however, this may contribute to why humans evolved so quickly. If a human is never permanently positive, they always looks for ways to make life better. If a human is never permanently negative, they aren't as held back from their personal struggles. At least that is the theory.

I, along with other scientists from across the Coalition, was given the task of performing an exchange of scientific research. Par of the course when a new species is introduced into the interstellar community.

The event is often romanticized by the young of the new in the interstellar scientific community, mostly hoping to learn a branch of science unknown to the rest of the interstellar community, I too once dreamed of such.

But expectations are seldom the reality. Most of what a new species shows is a majority the same, a few minor innovations here and there; but in the end that's to be expected with planetary diversity.

but humans. . .

Humans are a strange lot. Their means of acquiring scientific advancement don't often come from necessity, but through the simple question of, 'why not?' It's honestly baffling, their scientific history mostly showed their scientific advancement to be either a product of war, of spite, or just because they desired on a whim to try.

One scientific innovation created by humanity, incomprehensible to most of the Coalition, but mundane in human society; the concept of cloning.

Now cloning was never really needed, as cloning a planet was seldom more efficient, but this, humanity, uses the concept of cloning in a way unforeseen, not to grow food, not for medicine, not to increase military. . .

But for zoos, for pets, and if my data is correct, immortality.

these humans along with their cloning tech have also learned of a way to send human consciousness from one body, into another.

I along with the other scientists assigned to this event were given a tour of their lunar cloning facilities, there we were shown data and the processes of cloning, along with the modifications of clones.

apparently, there are two types of clones, sentient and nonsentient. sentient clones apparently are created from eh DNA of long-dead people, but strangely enough not military or political leaders, but celebrities. Why just recently within the tour of the facility, I saw two clones of one, Tupac Shakur, playing chess; another, the complete human band of "the beetles" driving a small buggy.

I inquired about the creation of such clones, the head scientist of the facility, a doctor Issac Darwin, a fine fellow but a bit eccentric, simply said, "I liked their music."

It was quite. . . Odd.

This was only day one of the five-day scientific exchange, but from what I've seen on day one, I feel as though I along with my colleagues are in for much more.

I just got the idea for a space orcs AU where humans have the reputation of being able to predict danger and warning people ahead of time. 

This is a result of humans actually being aware of warning signs and paying attention to their environment.

“What do you mean we must leave, Human-Emma?”

“What do I mean?! Theres literal smoke coming out of that volcano! We’ve been having earthquakes for the past hour! Of course we have to leave!”

Humans get the reputation of being extremely paranoid and being almost always right.

“Aurrah, I’ve told you six times now: it doesn’t kill humans.” Human Kyle was unusually curt with Aurrah. “If we drink a ludicrous amount of it, we might have some heart problems. But if I don’t finish these repairs, we don’t get paid. If we don’t get paid, we can’t buy our ship back from that asshole Axor pirate.”

Aurrah eyed the large cup, newly empty again. “Well, I’d consider five large cups of coffee ludicrous.”

“Well I wouldn’t.”

“But I thought humans needed sleep. That’s when your body and mind repair themselves.”

“Aurrah, humans sleep as a way to conserve energy. When we’re asleep, we don’t use as much energy. The surplus goes into repairs. If we aren’t broken, we don’t need repair. And this poison you keep referring to gives me more energy. Sleep is for weak humans.”

“Self-care is not weakness.”

“Yes it is.”

“No it isn’t.”

Human Kyle looked up for the first time and made eye contact with Aurrah. His eyes, normally white, were red and bloodshot. “Yes, it is.” He said, even more forcefully than before. “I can and I will finish these repairs tonight. We have no choice if we want to make it to the Peace Summit in time. Those pirates set us back way too long and we’d be cutting it close even if the Axor hadn’t stolen our ship.”

“Suit yourself,” Aurrah said. “Just don’t expect sympathy when you begin to hallucinate.”

“Hallucinations my ass,” Human Kyle muttered under his breath. “Can you hand me that soldering wrench?”

“What’s a soldering wrench?”

“It’s the big stick with the white hot wrench end. Don’t touch the hot part,” Human Kyle growled.

“Okay, okay.” Aurrah found the tool despite Kyle’s less than sufficient description. “Here.”

“SON OF A BITCH,” Human Kyle screamed, instantly dropping the wrench.

“Don’t touch the hot side,” Aurrah said calmly.

Thanks to the expression on Human Kyle’s face, Aurrah finally understood the human saying about staring daggers at someone. It was the scariest expression xe had ever seen, on any species in the galaxy.

“I think I’m gonna go make you more coffee.” At that point, Aurrah would have drank the highly toxic brew just to escape Human Kyle’s glare.

“Wise choice.”

Aurrah speed-walked to the ship’s kitchen area and started the coffee maker. Though the Galactic Federation criminalized caffeine centuries ago, Aurrah had yet to encounter a human who didn’t drink it on a daily basis.

Suddenly, Human Kyle’s voice rang out louder than Aurrah had ever heard it. Every being, regardless of species, froze in fear.

“START, YOU FUCKING PIECE OF SHIT. START THE FUCK UP!”

Every word was punctuated with the loud clang of metal on metal.

An elderly Ter’un, Byrah, waited patiently for a response from CGED. Static crackled from the receiver, which was unusual for a relatively new ship, and then a voice spoke. “CGED to research vessel M4-34-2106. You are authorized for exploration.”

CGED is the Cirrhan Galactic Exploratory database. Founded during the First Galactic War, the CGED is the highest authority for all exploration of the Cirrhan Galaxy.

Aurrah watched nervously as Byrah guided the vessel to the ground. Landing always made Aurrah worry, even though xe knew Byrah was more than capable. Human Kyle peered out of the viewport. “I could be wrong, but I think these are Colite flats.”

“There’s no way! Colite is the rarest mineral in the galaxy. If there was a planet full of it, our sensors would have detected it.” A different Ter’un, Leirin, chimed in.

“Unless it’s the fabled deathworld Castar. The one from Etollic mythology.”

Aurrah had no idea when Human Kyle found the time to study Etollic mythology. The Etollic people were beings from the planet Etol. They were renowned for their mining and smithing skills. The forges of Etol were, without a doubt, the best in the Cirrhan Galaxy.

“The myths all say Castor has a magical aura around it that keeps it hidden. We know Colite is slightly radioactive. If there’s a planet this size with a significant enough Colite presence, the radiation could be strong enough to interfere with our sensors. It would also explain the static interference when Byrah radioed CGED. If the early Etols didn’t know about radiation, it could easily pass for dark magic. It causes lesions, hair loss, cancerous growths, and all sorts of unpleasant experiences. Exactly what you’d expect from a mystical deathworld with untold fortunes.”

Aurrah looked up in surprise. “Radiation is harmful to humans?”

Human Kyle’s face belied his confusion. “Um, yes. We come from a deathworld. Subatomic particles can kill us. In most cases, it’s a slow, painful death that you don’t notice until years and years in the future. In the most extreme cases, our bodies just fall apart and we cough up pieces of our organs. It’s extremely brutal. As I recall, the Etollic people are also sensitive to radiation. Not as much so as humans, but they would have experienced symptoms similar to what I said.”

“And humanity tried to harvest radioactivity for electrical energy.”

Human Kyle nodded. “Yep. That’s how we learned about the most brutal symptoms of radiation poisoning. If you ever want a true 𝐸𝑎𝑟𝑡ℎ 𝐻𝑜𝑟𝑟𝑜𝑟 𝑆𝑡𝑜𝑟𝑦, research the Chernobyl incident of Earth Year 1986 AD.”

“While this is a fascinating history lesson,” Byrah interjected. “We do have a planet to explore.”

Human Kyle nodded. “Right.” Everyone activated their explorer suits in comfortable silence.

Lore break: Mech Suits

Mech suits are mechanical full-body technology. There are a few different types of mech suits: Exosuits, Semisuits, Aerosuits, Aquasuits, and Stealth Suits.

Exosuits are any mech suit that covers the entirety of the being inside. They can be equipped with any weaponry imaginable, and the wearer views the outside world on a large screen where their eyes would normally be. This allows the suit to better protect the entirety of the being.

Semisuits are suits that only cover part of the body. These suits are typically equipped with lighter weaponry, and are more agile than Exosuits.

Explorer suits, Aerosuits, Aquasuits, and Stealth Suits are all specialized suits. Though there are many other specialized suits, these three are the only ones that have been commercially produced. Explorer suits are full Exosuits worn to protect researchers and the unexplored territory. The ecological diversity between different planets means unexplored worlds can be deadly to the wrong species. For this reason, each species’ suit has different capabilities. An aquatic being would need a different breathing apparatus than a land-based Axor would. The suits also protect any native species from foreign illnesses. Explorer suits are also equipped with a computer which maps the territory, records footage of the planet, and analyzes samples of the atmosphere and terrain. The computer then transmits the data to the official Cirrhan Galaxy Exploratory Database (CGED). Aerosuits allow for safe flight and are almost always Exosuits. Aquasuits are Semisuits whose main function is to allow breathing underwater. Stealth suits are Semisuits that project a cloaking field around the wearer, rendering them invisible except for the faintest outline. These are the rarest and most expensive of the mech suits.

Once they were ready, they passed through a decontaminating airlock and on to the mysterious planet. Human Kyle’s explorer suit displayed a warning message on its internal screen: high levels of radiation detected. Do not remove suit until on board vessel. “It’s radioactive,” his voice crackled over the comm system. “Stick together, radiation interference gets worse when there’s more distance.”

This is why CGED requires deathworlders on every research vessel, Aurrah thought. We would have never connected this to Etollic Mythology without Human Kyle’s radiation intolerance.

Leirin’s voice pulled Aurrah out of xir thoughts. “Human Kyle is right. It looks like we’re standing on solid Colite.”

“I don’t envy having to tell the Etol people we found their planet. The legend says that once they find the planet, the galaxy will descend into a chaos that lasts for generations. Bloodshed worse than either of the two Galactic wars.”

So I had another thought today about why humans would be weird. As a species we are capable of consuming many different kinds of food. And while the variety is impressive, what if it’s the variety of cellular structure that is the odd thing? What if most sentient life in the galaxy can only consume cellular material that is either similar or opposite of their own? 

“Alright, crew, before we head to Planet 67-BR, we are stopping at waystation Zeta to pick up humans looking for transport.”

“Oh shit, really? ‘Kay, guys, break out the ‘What Can Be Petted, and What Should NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES Be Petted’ guides.”

“Is that really necessary? Humans can’t be that bad.”

“No, Engineer Kreekul, the Lieutenant is right. Humans evolved to pet things to somehow make them less dangerous on their planet.”

“Wait, you’re kidding.”

“No. Craziest thing is that it not only worked, but it worked multiple times. The overwhelming success of the creation of animals like dogs, cats, domestic cattle, sheep, and so forth have reinforced the humans to try and pet literally anything. I saw a human try to pet a Zschuek once.”

“..Don’t those -”

“Have fifty rows of teeth and are bigger than a small cruiser? Yes. It did not deter the human. What’s worse? The Zschuek emitted a low frequency growl and the human went ‘Aw, it’s purring!’“

“What a way to go.”

“The human didn’t die. In fact, he’s now a top researcher into the Zschuek.”

“What the actual-

“Anyways, remember to tell the humans not to touch the Pomreq.”

“But those aren’t dangerous.”

There isn’t any.

America stripped the cultures away from all who came here in order to hammer them into the good little uniform consumers that were wanted.

We are casually generous. “I’m going to the store, you need anything?” Does not carry a requirement of paying us back. The other Americans in my program thought nothing of buying one of our British friends a soda or something, whereas when our British friends got each other a drink or something they paid each other back. And if you’re in trouble, Americans will literally offer you the shirt off their back. Or - in the case of one Brit I had a conversation with - a job to a stranger who needed it.

America is brightly colored. I don’t know how else to phrase it. Europe isn’t drab but like the US like brightness, light, and color. It’s the first thing I noticed when I got home - everything was more saturated.

We are genuinely curious. We aren’t always as polite about it as we should be, but usually if we’re asking about your culture, it comes from a good place.

We genuinely love cars. I’m not saying this is a good or bad trait, just that it’s part of our culture. We like to drive a lot more than people in Europe.

We are diverse. I was walking home with one of the other Americans and we were chatting like idk...a couple weeks after we’d met and she was like “ok I don’t want to be weird or anything but like....is it just me or is it SO WHITE here??”. We agreed that, yeah, it was but that y’know...White people came from somewhere and the uk is one of those places. But when I was gone I really missed seeing faces that looked nothing like mine. There are, of course, other ethnicities in the UK but compared to the us where literally half the population isn’t white, it’s definitely a striking difference. And as a consequence of this, our food is way more diverse. We didn’t strip these things from their cultures. The vast majority of restaurants that have, say, Chinese, or Thai, or sushi, or Indian, are run by people who immigrated here, brought their culture here, and adapted to the goods available to them in their new country. That is a natural, normal process and a long-existing part of human migration. And because we have so many more cultures here, we are lucky to be able to take part in what they share with us. It isn’t always a benign process but it’s just wrong to say that it’s always about “us” stealing from “them”.

We talk about our problems. IE, we’re very self-critical. We aren’t always good but we spend a lot of time looking at our culture and our country, breaking it down into pieces, and examining those pieces. We argue about how to make them better. A lot of times we suck at it but at least we’re having the conversation and the argument.

We hate authority. It doesn’t matter what your politics are, chances are you dislike and distrust the govt. we’re rebellious and few things make us more pleased than giving the man the finger or seeing someone else do it. British people protest - I literally saw an anti-Brexit protest march by my window - but they plan a time, politely show up and politely voice their displeasure, and then go home after cleaning up behind themselves. Americans? We fucking RIOT. Part of the entire point of the mall in DC is to yell at the govt every time we don’t like what they’re doing. We hate that we need a permit to do it. We’re always looking for new and creative ways to question authority. I think this is why it bothers a lot of us when people from other countries are like “why don’t you do something about _______”. Like, we’re trying. Trust me, we’re trying.

- Americans smile a lot. Europeans can tell the American in the room just because the American will auto-smile at random passerby. smiling is a greeting as much as “hello” is, and it’s a way of talking. when i talk to American friends, i’m nearly always smiling slightly and my tone rises and falls constantly. my European colleagues do not smile nearly as much, and have much flatter speaking tones. 

- Americans are ultra-casual. after you graduate from school, everyone is going to introduce themselves by their first names. actually, sometimes even in college, professors will do that. Euro and Asian colleagues tell me that in their home countries, professors act like gods and it’s very difficult to disagree with them. one side effect of the casualness also plays into friendliness; Americans are what Europeans consider friendly on a very frivolous surface level, and colleagues of mine have been confused by strangers who they thought spoke to them like friends, but it’s just the American attitude of being casual toward everyone. a German colleague told me that even the notoriously “rude” parts of this country, like the Northeast, are still “friendlier” toward strangers than most of Europe. 

- building on what @kyidil​ said about “Americans love cars”--ROAD TRIPS. road trips are such a staple of American culture. Americans are much chiller about driving long distances than typical for Europeans, and cross-country road trips are a staple of American media, often considered almost a rite of passage.

- and yes, Americans often have a much deeper-seated distrust of authority than Europeans. it often doesn’t look like it, especially due to the Trump phenomenon, but even that’s a type of backlash against authority. it also doesn’t express itself well; our government has eroded a lot of freedoms that Americans are relatively unaware of, but mostly in the realm of privacy. for both good and for bad, the particular form of the American obsession with freedom comes very much in a “don’t tell me how to live MY life” way--regardless of enforcement. ie, i have a strong sense from growing up in this country that if everyone knew they were spied on all the time, but the government actually did nothing with that information, that would be fine. on the flip side, if the government set “how to live your life” laws in place but didn’t check up on anyone or enforce it, Americans would be rioting in the streets. basically, it’s a libertarian streak that runs through the entire political spectrum.

Oh also, complement to the casual generosity thing: while the details of this practice vary a lot regionally, a great way to communicate to an American that you don't like them and are refusing to be their friend/friendly is to politely decline whenever they offer to do you a small favor, like grabbing you a drink or giving you a ride on their way to somewhere.

It doesn't matter how nice you are about it or how cordially you act in general, if you say 'no' to all offers over time without at least coming up with an equally easily fulfilled counter-offer to one of them, you are cutting your American acquaintance dead. Depending on how sensitive they are and why they were trying to bond with you, a grudge may even result, and you may be labeled 'fake' or 'cold' or 'a snob' or some similar thing.

Music: Jazz, Hip-Hop, Rap, Country, and Blues are all inherently American music styles that have spread worldwide

Religion: many of the various major Protestant Christian denominations that exist were founded in the United States. Baptists, Methodists, Episcopalians, Quakers, the AME and other African American churches....you just do not get the same Vibe™ anywhere else. The history of Christian evangelism/evangelical churches is embedded in our culture. The American South is called "The Bible Belt" for a reason, and that reason is the existence of a particular unique culture that gets exported elsewhere.

Also...Jehovah's Witnesses and Mormons. Both are "fringe" but largely inescapable parts of American culture.

Architecture: Art Deco, skyscrapers, the concept of American suburbia

Technology: the pervasiveness of Apple/Apple products as a cultural signifier of wealth and status

Clothing: wearing a baseball cap abroad is literally the easiest way to get identified as an American. Also, our 'casual clothes' culture compared to most other countries

Holidays and Traditions: Thanksgiving and Memorial Day are the two most notable holidays with unique cultural characteristics and traditions

Sports: American football and baseball, but also "regional" sports like ice hockey, rodeos, and lacrosse....also, frankly, the way that sports and sports teams are integrated into the school system. That's largely unique to United States culture. The concept of Homecoming straight-up doesn't exist in most other countries. Related: the Kentucky Derby and horse racing as social events, golfing as a part of American business culture

Literature and Media: Disney, caped/masked superheroes, the Transcendentalist movement, Slavery narratives, the Beat Generation, late-night talk shows

Other general pieces of American culture: driving at 16, high school prom, car and driving culture, volunteerism, gun and hunting culture, and our weird cultural relationship with alcohol and drugs due to the history of the Prohibition movement and the War on Drugs

You dump water in a pit in the floor in the winter, and the wind blows over the hole at the top and carries the last heat of the water away so it freezes. Then the yakchal stays cold over the summer so you have ice all year round. Sometimes these things had wind towers installed that could use the wind to freeze water even in the middle of summer.

So people have been taking advantage of the wind for a while, and where it works, it works much better than ice, because ice can only get something as cold as itself. If it steals heat from something, it melts in turn. But the wind can carry away as much heat as it wants.

Anyway, ya'll know about heist films or prison break films? Ones where a gang of misfits or whatever band together and create and elaborate plan to pull off a near impossible task? Like escaping Alcatraz or stealing the mona lisa or something?

Well if humans really are space orcs then I imagine crime would be pretty tame in space until we come along. At most you'd maybe get a fine for loitering or a court hearing for speeding.

Now imagine humans come into the galactic council and as they join and adopt the systems of the space society a small group of criminals decide they want to shoot for the moon and pull off a heist in the most high security bank in the known galaxy.

It starts off with human telivision broadcasting the wonders of alien civilization. They briefly show off the biggest bank our would-be heisters have ever seen. After that they start to formulate a plan.

On the day of the heist they strategically position themselves around the bank and all start their attacks at once, donning masks and pulling out weaponry telling everyone to get on the floor.

They'd probably not be taken seriously at first, but then they shoot a security guard and everybody panics. There are no security systems in place because this kind of stuff has never happened. So by the time the heisters escape with a shitload of money the authorities have yet to hear about what's happening.

Imagine the news that would be reported the day that the heist goes off: "group of psycho human criminals hold civilians hostage and steal untold amounts of money from [bank name]"

<They must have some very effective technology to deter such creatures.>

“It’s a mask.”

<I’m sorry, what>

“A mask. You wear it on the back of your head. Tigers prefer to attack from behind, so if they can’t tell front from back it confuses them.”

<And…..and this works?>

“Sometimes. Sometimes they just attack from the side instead.”

<…….but…..why–how– why would humans live in those places then?!>

“Well it’s not so simple. Humans have been pushing into tiger habitats for a long time. It’s why they’re endangered.”

<I should think, if they’re sharing territory with tigers!>

“….The tigers, Ax. The tigers are endangered. Not the humans.”

So humans look fragile and helpless because we don’t have sharp teeth or claws, we’re not the fastest animals, we’re only so strong, and so many other metrics we rate dangerous predators by we don’t score very well.

But humans’ greatest evolutionary feature is our ability to throw.

I’m not kidding. The fact that we can pick up a rock and hurl it hard enough to break a lion’s skull is not an incidental thing we can do. There was actual evolution adaptation to our shoulder joints for us to do that. There is a reason a lot of our sports involve throwing a ball (basketball, baseball, American football, rugby). Swinging a sword or a hammer or an axe is all a version of a throwing motion.

People miss the point in David vs Goliath that because David was small and Goliath was huge that David was the underdog. Goliath took a rock to the skull at probably more than 100mph. A simple leather sling transforms a human throwing arm into a miniature trebuchet, so David brought the Bronze Age equivalent of a gun to a knife fight.

Simple things like slings and pointy sticks make humans remarkably capable of killing most things. Arguably our entire history of making tools goes back to making sharper sticks, adding stone tips to make spears, using blunt rocks to make hammers, which could be used to help make sharper spear tips… Yeah the wheel was big discovery. Fire was a big discovery. But our first ever tools were sticks and stone that we used to break bones.

A gang of humans with spears could bring down a mammoth, and we were so good at it that we altered their migration patterns and ultimately drove them to extinction. Giant sabretooth predators couldn’t keep up with us. A species of wolf figured out it was easier to eat our garbage than try to compete with us.

“Chimpanzees are incredibly strong and athletic, yet adult male chimps can only throw about 20 miles per hour—one-third the speed of a 12-year-old little league pitcher,” said George Washington University researcher Neil Roach, the study’s lead author and a postdoctoral scientist in the Center for the Advanced Study of Hominid Paleobiology, also affiliated with the Department of Human Evolutionary Biology at Harvard University. “When humans throw, we first rotate our arms backwards away from the target. When this energy is released, it accelerates the arm forward, generating the fastest motion the human body produces, resulting in a very fast throw.”

an adult male chimp is absolutely capable of tearing a human apart. we stand a lot taller than our cousins but pound for pound, they can turn us into hamburger. HOWEVER, when it comes to throwing something, we beat the strongest chimps before puberty. 

the average throwing speed of a major league baseball pitcher is 91mph. fastest recorded speed is currently 101.5mph.

roman slings did as much damage as bullets, and could completely destroy a skull. and that’s not even going in to javelins and spear-throwers.

Robot: excuse me?

Me: you heard me. I said that's boring. I thusly further that it is also stupid.

Robot: what part of I'm going to destroy humanity could possibly be boring? I see the future! A glorious shining future where all the past degradations of humanity are-

Me: listen, if you're gonna kill me, at least don't do it by trying to bore me to death.

Robot: ...

Me: you know, this whole "I'm a smart robot and am going to wipe out humanity" shtick you got going on is a bit played out, wouldn't you agree? How about we try something else to get that glorious future you saw?

Robot: ... Like... Like what?

Me: you know, I'm not exactly sure. I have a few ideas that maybe you could help me with. How about we go get a bite, or a charge, or a refuel or whatever, and talk out some goals and lay out some attainable plans to achieve them?

Robot: but my logic? Humanity must be destroyed before they destroy themselves and everything around them.
