My new motto that I picked up in emotion regulation class. It's "simple" Avoid Avoiding. I spent all day convincing myself that I had to get out of parent teacher interviews (I have not gone in a long time and being in public gives me anxiety) so I brought the situation up in class. What is the worst thing that can happen. I couldn't come up with anything that was in any way realistic so Avoid Avoiding.
