make rhaenyra competent again. or not "again", just at something

maybe it's easier to write for jeyne cause she has like 1-2 minute long scenes but i love how coherent she is and how seamlessly she weaves herself into this world (perhaps more seamless than some of the leads at this point) and it's nice to see a character retain some of her practicality

#and as everyone's already pointed out #there's a girl in the wardrobe department who has fallen in love with her
