What I also love about the piano scene is Colin singing along with the others. If you go back to season 1 he seems pretty depressed (I think he actually said it explicitly once) and he's regularly excluded from the group. He doesn't look very happy or lively as he could be. In seasons 5 and 6 he is ALIVE he is so much happier and surrounded by people who care about him. Which is what he's wanted since the pilot
